• Excellent gaming laptop, but needs a little more support

  Working excellent till now, however since the gpu is new there is currently a little less support from AMD which will definitely improve in the future. Also I am not able to register it at Acer website, since it is not recognizing the serial number for some reason, will probably talk to their customer service later. Edit - The Acer customer representative replied promptly and I successfully registered my laptop, yay! I'm sure the red fans will be excited.

  got the lap today. it's genuine and I have registered on Acer website. specifications are accurate. tried GTA 5 at ultra settings everything maxed out got 30fps. and at high got 40-60fps. windows is responsive, touchpad is precise, built quality is perfect. the display panel is the best I have seen in a laptop of this price range the whites have a different tone than my phone though actually there is nothing to complain about this laptop at this price range. I'm still wondering how they can sell at this price.

  Updated review after usage of one month: - Good display (nice color reproduction) - Good audio quality due to Dolby (both in speakers and headphones) - Good cpu performance (ease of multitasking) - Awesome gaming performance (played Tomb Raider: Survival Edition at 60 fps on ultra settings) - Average battery backup (around 3 hours for normal usage) (Can't complain looking at its other amazing features) - Worth every penny - Go for it without any hesitation

  all games play good in 1080 the only problem is the heating issue..you have to put the cooling fans to max to run all games with out any throttling..if the heat is more all the games lag bcz the processor clock speed decreses as the heat increases so it is compulsory to run the cooling fans at max
