It is better to burn your money rather than buying this product. I had bought this product and since then it has broken thrice in a period of one year. There are hardly any service centers even in state capitals. The staff at service center is totally uncooperative. The last time when it stopped working, company management informed me that they have withdrawn the product hence can not provide service, but to my surprise the product is still available on their website and at other websites. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF I BALL
