Outstanding product!! Very effective cooling with low electricity bill. Service is good. Installation was very good. Just for information Installation charges are extra and depends on the distance between your indoor and outdoor unit. Some length of cable is there in the box but anything extra is chargeable. It is per metre charges for the pipe and cable. But it's applicable for every brand so you don't have much option here. Hope this helps.
