Realme GT Neo 3T is powered by a 1.8GHz MHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor that features 1 core clocked at 3.19GHz MHz, 3 cores clocked at 2.42GHz MHz and 4 cores clocked at 1.8GHz MHz. It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Realme GT Neo 3T runs Android 12 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme GT Neo 3T supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme GT Neo 3T on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel primary camera; an 8-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

The Realme GT Neo 3T runs Realme UI 3.0 is based on Android 12 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. It was launched in Dash Yellow, Drifting White, and and Shade Black colours.

Connectivity options on the Realme GT Neo 3T include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.20. Sensors on the phone include in-display fingerprint sensor.
