  I purchased this TV for 30999 after getting a cashback for using a Axis bank credit card. Initially I thought of Purchasing a MITV, due to the lack of availability, I purchased this TV and I was Amazed after seeing the picture Quality and the sound for the price it was offered. I was able to watch 4k content at 60 fps. As it is a google certified full fledged android TV, I was Able to install all the required apps and I was able to experience the HDR content. I purchased this TV only to use JIO TV in it. As the JIO TV is not directly available in the play-store for this TV, I've side-loaded the application and I was able to stream full fledged HD channel without any problem.

• Worst Service ever. I just wasted my money buying their product

  Guys it was advice dont ever purchase any Iffacon product.I am facing issue with the T.V for last six months.I faced issue with my T.V in the month of August.First complain was register on Aug 24. Complain Number-IN0820193722701. The technician visited my house and took the pictures and told me the panel needs to be replaced. It will take a month. As it was done verbally i dont have any prove. My complain was closed from service center end stating-Customer did not pick up the phone. Which I came to know when i called customer service on 3 rd Sep to check the status. My complain was again reopened on Sep 3 with Complain Number-IN082019372270. The technician visited my home did the same process. They did the same thing again and again. Then they gave TCL manager- Sourav Agarwal phn no-9733186688. i spoke he also didnot solve my problem. He assured me my problem will be solved with 15 days in Dec 23. Still now its not solved. At last i did register a complain against their company on Consumer court on Jan 10. Waiting for Consumer court to take action. Advice- Never purchase TCL or Iffalcon product. This people do not provide any service after purchase.

• Poor experience of product and customer support

  I had purchased Iffalcon 55inch ultra HD TV a year ago and within a span of one year, display is not working well. Have registered a complaint to customer service team, however it has been more than 14 days since I'm waiting for resolution from them. When I called them again today they are asking me to wait for 15 more days for TV replacement since they are unable to repair the TV.

  I'm using this TV since November working perfectly no issue till I take time to post review so I can use well then post review it's awsome TV worth buying it value for money I'm editing my review after almost a year it's a fabulous product I'm using this TV almost a year working superb no complaints at all go for it guys
