There is no customer service as such for realme TV in India!Manjil Konwar (Oct 21, 2021) on Gadgets 360Worst Worst Worst! Very bad experience regarding installation. After having made an appointment for realme TV installation, they never contact you, it doesn't even matter how many times you call them up its always "We have escalated the issue and you will receive a call back". And the funniest part is they will not allow you to open the package and they will not take any interest in visit you for installation. If you?re facing so much problem for installation then what will you face if your product will have some issue and you repeatedly complain but they will not attend you. PRODUCT MAY BE GOOD BUT ITS OF NO USE WITH THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT.Is this review helpful?
