  if any one is looking to buy the refrigerator please don't buy this product.... worst freeze ever and top if it no service irresponsible company and customer service don't buy any samsung product ever this is my second incident with samsung don't buy not recommended

  Please do not buy Refrigerators with Flipkart, pathetic service. Flipkart took more than 10days and delivered​ the WRONG PRODUCT. No proper response from the customer care too.

• Ineffective cooling ....refrigerator not suited for harsh summer climate of India

  I have purchased this refrigerator from a Samsung Dealer in Pune. Though the product looks and aesthetics are good, the cooling is very low and ineffective. I have complained to Samsung but even after multiple repairs the cooling is not effective and Samsung as on day refuses to replace the product,It seems that the product is not designed and built for Indian conditions wherein the summers are harsh ...40 degrees centigrade temperature in Pune. The product seems to be suitable for the European markets wherein the ambient temperature is low.Please be careful in buying this range of SAMSUNG refrigerator....they are made in Thailand and not suited for Indian conditions. Its a total waste of money.Two components have failed within a span of 15 days....Temperature Sensor and Fan Duct Assembly....Pathetic Product Quality. Service Report Scan enclosed. Refrigerator still giving problems....Please do not purchase Samsung Refrigerators....

• Bad product quality, no cooling

  i did not buy this item from amazon but i own the same refrigerator. The refrigerator quality is bad and maybe it is meant for countries apart from india where ambient temp is probably less than 35deg. The main chip of the refrigeartor konks out every month or two resulting in loss of cooling. Inspite of having the chip changed 2 times already, it has again gone bad.This says a lot on the quality of products/spare parts being used in the indian market!What will the customer do when the warranty is over with such spare part quality
