DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF YOU GET IT FOR FREEAmazon Customer (Dec 3, 2020) on AmazonI've been using this fridge for some time now. The product is average quality. Recently it started giving some problem. It's when I contacted the service center and those people are very rude. I am talking about SC in Pune. I thought its probably the case with service center as they are mostly run by vendors. So I contacted their toll free customer care and guess what its the same there too. No wonder the company is nowhere to be seen in the market. Please anyone considering buying any product of Videocon dont go for it. There are plenty of options available in the market. Moreover, there is simply no customer service. They dont even have a website. All they have is a Videocon group website where there is no option to raise a complain directly.Is this review helpful?
