  Was an okay product, caster wheels are not strong enough to withstand and one of it had broken even when cooler is filled with 15L (half of the 32L capacity)... Not worth for 12k, better install AC by investing another 20k.. produces lot of noice due to larger fan.

  Pump not working on day 1. Called customer care, advised to wait 36 to 48 working hours. This is totally unaccpectable.
