Every week, this column takes a look at the apps and gadgets that people love and swear by in their day to day lives. We talk to people who are leading their fields in all walks of life, and this week, NDTV Gadgets caught up with Ragunandan G, the co-founder and CEO of taxi aggregation service TaxiForSure.

Along with Ola Cabs and Uber, TaxiForSure is one of the most well-known taxi aggregators active in India, and follows a similar model, where you use its app on your phone to connect to drivers on the platform. Raghunandan is an Xbox gamer but the gadget he loves most is his Bluetooth headset. Read on to know more about the apps and gadgets he relies on.

1. Describe your technology setup - what computer/ phone/ tablet/ camera/ gaming console/ other gadgets do you use?
Ragunandan G: My setup includes multiple Android and Apple devices that I keep swapping between for work reasons. I also use a new Kindle and a Xbox 360 with Kinect for gaming. These two are the gadgets I love to use most.

2. What are three apps (mobile/ tablet or PC/ Mac) you couldn't live without?
Ragunandan G: WhatsApp to get updates from various teams, Evernote to store those impulsive ideas and RunKeeper for whenever I get the time to run, and using apps like Evernote means being able to switch between phones without losing your notes.

3. What is the one gadget (other than your phone) you never travel without?
Ragunandan G: This would be my Jabra Motion bluetooth headset. Given the time I spend talking on my phone, it's quite a life-saver!

4. What is your dream gadget/ technology setup?
Ragunandan G: For me, an ideal world will have Internet everywhere. From cities and villages to aircrafts and submarines, everyone will have access to free Internet. We can't even fathom the potential of global betterment of life-quality and business growth this will bring.

5. How has technology changed the way in which you work?
Ragunandan G: To begin with, technology changed me from a salaried employee to an entrepreneur! The way we do things at home and work has really changed. From wireless projectors in the office, to using Twitter to respond to and resolve employee issues, technology - when used optimally - increases efficiency and saves time. Basically, it helps me do much more in a day.
