Pros: Works best with windows 8.1 Clear resolution Though RAM is 2GB seems great (do not install lot of software or open many tabs). Very fast processor I enjoyed. Wi Fi works great (though I struggled bit to set it up) USB is very fast with USB 3. Strong body. Easy to carry Hard Disk 500GB sufficient. Cons: RAM cannot be increased Sound not very great (OK with ear phone) Both earphone and mic are in same jack (combo) Laptop bag could have been provided I have not tested battery life yet. Overall very good Netbook and good for daily usage as 14" and more are heavier to carry.

Laptop gives around 3.5-4.5 hrs of backup depending upon the type of usage. It has the best processor compared to any other laptop available in this price range. Its light weight and ultra portable. It works great with windows 8.1 pro. Though I would recommend to install 32 bit version as it has only 2 GB ram, which can not be upgraded. Installing 64 bit OS will consume around 200-300 mb more memory which is crucial when we have only 2 gb ram. This laptop has 500 GB WD Blue HDD installed, which is a big drawback. Its too noisy and creates creaking noise. And to overcome this problem I replaced the HDD with 256 GB SSD and using the HDD as an external drive. After installing SSD the over all performance of this laptop is greatly improved. Windows boot and application launch hardly takes 2-3 seconds. Completely silent operation and 40-50 mins improved battery life. 17000 laptop price and 8000 SSD price. Total price comes to around 25000. Which is not bad for the over all performance and portability. There is nothing to complain about this product except the stock HDD !! PS: Both 7 and 9.5 mm HDD/SSD can also be installed in this laptop (2.5 inch)

Value for money easy too carry

2 days ago i buy this wonderful machine from local store Rs 20000( i love flipkart but not available with any seller at my area ) the best things are Its Size - very handy not feel is 1 kg Its Resolution - 1366 x 768 Pixel good for videos Its Backup - i get 8 hr for net surfing and movie Its Capacity - 500 GB is pretty good when compared to tabs one and only bad thing i found is its touch pad, a little gap is visible and a bad "tick" sound come from when i click BUT I GIVE 5/5

Will just state what other reviews won't - + light form factor + Decent battery backup + Sturdy material - the RAM should ideally be 4GB, or there should be an option to upgrade. Charge 500 extra if needed. - volume buttons are required

I bought this lap for a single use of my work, basically i needed a cheap lap i could find, all i could say is this is a great laptop in every sense. when i received the product it had a defective battery( one of the cell gave up, took some time to identify the prob) so i asked for a replacement, i didn't wanted to but i had no choice as i couldn't go for service and repair, but unfortunately the replacement had different problem, they couldn't replace so they refunded, i didn't wanted to but i had to, because i like the lap so much, the lap is so good to hold as its so light weight and portable, display is really beautiful as we get HD resolution in 11 inch the ppi is higher than bigger laps.... everything about this lap is good as it's cheap and comes with quad core, and is surprisingly fast and quick in boot time too. my only issue is the textured pattern on the surface of device, although it is good for holding and good grip i dislike it, it would have been awesome it it came with jet black matte surface, keyboard is perfect for typing as it can accommodate two hands with ease. keys are snappy with quick response and rebounce. all connectivity options are available which impressed me for a small netbook. the battery life is really good for the size , although it displays 8hrs on full charge, you'll get atleast 5 hrs... as the 8hrs is estimated for idle standby... everything i could think about the product is good except for the textured surface but that is my perspective so others may like it. its a perfect size, for easily adapting people who like portability, don't hesitate for size being small, its literally perfect size and when you are habituated it'll seem like any other big laptop. even after receiving two faulty products all i could say is that its a great product and you should go for it, you can replace if you receive faulty product.... if money is a strict issue then go for it or else spare couple of grand and go for pentium processor, not that its a bad or lagging lap but just only grand or a couple difference so why not... PS: win 8 will be a better choice than win 7 as win 8 uses less resources and performs better in low config system than win 7.... for me the lap handled win 7 very well so win 8 will be very snappy in this.

Hi fren Pls help me whoever is using for long time this product because i have place a order this product and got delivered by today and there is no option for cd write and only Ms DOS cannot do anything now how to do what ?confused.please help whoever already using this product.

im looking for one more laptop,,if flipkart drop the price to less than 16000 i will definitely buy it,, its too expensive for this basic laptop
