  • A Beast Within Laptops
DS (Apr 1, 2015) on Amazon
#small update:Ran into some issues couple of weeks ago (probably a 1-in-a-million case). But, the level of support I received from Azom regarding this was awesome; Even though I already mentioned support as a major pro, I would again re-enforce this point. The support from their team is better than any I have come across in other branded electronics. Hats off!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This system is built as a desktop in laptop's clothing. It is bulky, and heavy (around 3.1kg), but is still portable due to its compact form factor. When on battery it can quietly in a power saving mode, surviving almost upto 4 hours. But unleash it with an AC adapter, and get the raw performance you expect from a desktop system. The biggest pros:- customize most components as you wish (RAM, processor, graphic card)- upgrade these components whenever you need- excellent support from Azom- the keyboard is pure eye candy (excellent feedback combined with the customizable colours of your choice)The only con i could find till now:- the speakers are not customizable, and even with an excellent inbuilt subwoofer, they are of the lower quality (decibel wise, clarity is top notch) (I am comparing with my older system which had JBL speakers though, so the bar is set pretty high)But wait...Just connect to a set of external speakers(even measly 300 buck usb powered ones), and see the subwoofer come to life.Clarity combined with excellent bass, and really large decibel counts (make sure you have a benevolent neighbour :-P )Highly recommend for all those travelling Gamers/Designers out there.

  • I stumbled on the Exigo through Sheer accident and this was the happiest accident I've ever had
Sidharth Alva (Sep 5, 2015) on Amazon
I was supposed to write this review a week ago but I blame the Azom guys for making the most Bitchin Laptop ever for my instead. I've spent every free minute playing something or the other on Steam or Battlenet.I stumbled on the Exigo through Sheer accident and this was the happiest accident I've ever had. But enough about finding it. Lets talk performance.I've Run the following Games so far.Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain.Arkham Knight.GTA V.Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.Dota 2Heroes of the StormDiablo 3 RoSWorld of Warcraft.Guildwars 2Call of Duty Black ops 3Farcry (the series)Wolfenstein the new order.Witcher 3 (all expansions)CS:GOAll the above mentioned games run at 1080p at a buttery smooth 60 FPS. The settings Vary at High to Above high and some even on Ultra. This thing is a beast. Even the buggy Arkham knight runs with no issues whatsoever. 60fps gaming is a novelty that is yet to wear off. The Delivery time was awesome as well I received this laptop in record time. They set things up for me out of the box all I had to do was Sign in. I've upgraded it Windows 10 and that's just phenomenal. The laptop itself is a pleasure to use, the SSD is lightning Fast. I opted for the 16GB RAM over storage space (I was cost-cutting/stupid). I was lucky enough to be delayed and still get my hands on a 970m 6GB DDR5 the i4710m was phenomenal.Gaming like i said is a charm, the Sound on the Speakers is Amazing as well, it's no Atmos but it's good.I Ran some projects on Unity and on Unreal and the Exigo is a perfect balance between Work and play. All in all this is a perfect machine and I'm thoroughly in love with it. and tips for purchase are, get it with a lot of memory for all the new games, make sure to invest in a 1TB as well and Do personalize with the Etching (i skimped out on this one too). Thanks Azom for Taking my money and giving me more than it's worth. I should in fact thank the rival company who's laptop I was researching before I found this.PC MASTER RACE FOR LIFE!!!

Had custom built from Azom systems. I must say, final product is better than any branded laptops in the market. Best hardware configuration in best price. My future computers will be from Azom(I mean it).Azom systems need some marketing to become recognised. There are many people out there searching for someone built their pc.

  • Beast of a laptop
Raj (Jun 1, 2015) on Amazon
This Laptop is on mean machine. With kind of specs that Azom gives, you won't find any other branded laptop that will match it for the price. Before buying this I did some extensive research. It was between the Lenovo Y50, the Asus ROG 551 and this one. FInally decided on picking up the Exigo as it is future proof with open ports to upgrade the processor and the GPU. The one I picked up has the below specs:Core i7 2.5GHz16GB RAM128GB SSD1TB HDD @7200rpmNvidia 870 @ 3GB GDDR5It can pretty much handle anything that you can throw at it. Also, the guys at Azom are very helpful and prompt. The only cons I found on this laptop were that is heavy, the speakers are average & that touchpad has the soft rubber feel which takes some sometimes makes it difficult to use gestures and two-finger scrolling.

  • Best Gaming Rig For The Right Budget
Abhinav Singh (Apr 6, 2015) on Amazon
Amazing Laptop, Excellent Seller. This is killer gaming machine made for enthusiasts on the go.Pros:High Customization.Awesome backlit Keyboard.I m playing all the recent games the machine handles it quite well.Assassins Creed Unity (High-1080p) around 35-40 fpsFar Cry 4 (High 1080p) around 45fpsVALUE FOR MONEY. No one else is going to give you a GTX 870m at this Price in India.Cons:The Power adapter is quite big but delivers Huge Power.3.1 kg is fine with me as long as there is an option for upgrading GPU in future. My recommendation is to go for the product if looking for serious gaming. I m running Dual boot Windows + Ubuntu both on SSD and it works like a charm.(boot time around 4 seconds after the BIOS). Getting a Cooling pad is also recommended because the components get quite hot when handling heavy games.

When it comes to custom gaming laptops in India, the options are very limited. After using my hardcore googling skills for nearly a week I found this company. Needless to say, they have to work on their SEO and marketing tremendously. Coming to the laptop, in specs it is comparable to Dell Alienware with almost 50% less cost. My specs:15.6" 1920 x 1080 LED PanelNvidea GTX 870m (yes, it is removable)RAM 8GB (2 slots are still unused)Core i7 4710 MQ @ 2.50GHz (Again Removable!)1 TB hard disk (Well SSD is expensive)Backlit KeyboardUnused 2 mSATA slotsFirst of all this laptop is a beast weighing at 3.2 Kgs. It can handle GTA V at very high setting smoothly and the best part is it never suffers from heating issues given that it has two separate fans for GPU and CPU. No thermal throttling as found in normal laptops. Screen is one of the best matte screens available. Sound from ONKYO speakers is awesome (has a woofer). Their sales guy, Harsh, is very good at his job and takes care of its customers 24 x 7 (Once we chatted about my laptop 2 am in the night on whatsapp). Also I needed my laptop very urgently as i was heading Singapore. Mr. Harsh coordinated with his team, their delivery service, courier guy and everyone else involved to make the delivery happen in 3 days flat. Yes, from being assembled to being delivered to Delhi all the way from Kolkata, it took 3 days. This review I am writing as I complete exactly 1 year on my Azom laptop and I sincerely thank them for making available ultra gaming machines at cheap prices where people prefer the likes of Dell Alienware. I recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable gaming machine and cant import them or doesn't want to undergo that hassle.Just one thing, please work on your website and marketing and within no time you will be leading this gaming niche in India!

    Mudit S. (Apr 12, 2016) on Amazon
Hi I have ordered a laptop from Azom based on the brilliant reviews on Amazon and also on the internet in general. I haven't yet received the laptop so will be updating my review as and when. However, will like to comment on the pre-sales experience. I had a chat with the sales team at Azom and trust me this was the best experience I have ever had buying a technical product. Powerhouses like Dell and HP have very little idea about what need will be fulfilled by which of their systems and cannot answer questions which are very technical in nature. At Azom the experience was entirely different people to whom I talked seem to know what a computer is and they answered all questions very patiently and with utmost satisfaction (I am a computer engineer so know about systems pretty well). At no point they tried to overmarket the product they told me the pros and cons with all the details required. As per the reviews I am also expecting a brilliant post-sales experience as well. Keep up the good work guys will update the review once I get the product.

  • If you're a gamer or an enthusiast, it doesn't get better than the Exigo.
Avni Kumar (Dec 25, 2015) on Amazon
This is absolutely the best laptop I've used. It's a desktop replacement, and it sure does not make any compromises. They even give you a desktop CPU!Hands down, one of the best notebooks I've used. Windows 10 cold booted in 5 seconds flat, and DotA 2 installed in less than 3 minutes - it took longer on my PC!Graphics are amazing, and the screen is lovely. Any game I throw at this machine, which would normally make my PC crash and burn, runs without a hitch on the Exigo. Crysis 2 at ultra gave me a great 45 fps!All in all, best purchase I've made to date. Will add photos soon ^_^

  • Semi Detailed Review
Abhinav Kaura (Jan 15, 2016) on Amazon
Before I give a detailed review, my specs are:1.Intel i7 6700k (4.0 ghz)2.16 Gb DDR4 RAM3.Nvidia 970m 6GB DDR54.120 GB SSD5.1 TB HDD6.Clevo P750DM body7.Win 108.15.6 Inch displayHow it looks:It looks very rudimentary in photos, but not so bad in real life, the edges are really good and one could seriously confuse it for an Alienware. The customisable keyboard lighting and the blip on the front make it a very flashy laptop. Trust me don't worry about how it looks. How much it weighs:By no means is it lightweight. But it's not a nuisance to carry around. I do not have the approximate weight but I think it would be around the 4 kg limit. (Could be wrong.) It's meant to be a semi portable powerhouse, not an ultrabook anyway so the weight is expected. How it runs games:The games I've run are:1.Witcher 32.Project Cars3.GTA V4.Fallout 45.Far Cry 46.Assetto Corsa7.Assassins Creed Syndicate (This game is not as optimised as the other games, so even a 980m can't run it at ultra at 30 fps.Run it at high settings)All of these give me above 30 fps at ultra. Some older titles like DOTA 2 even go above 100 fps at ultra. Except of course A.C.S.Other Factors to consider:1.The laptop has a thunderbolt port which might come in handy when the port becomes popular.2.No DVD/Blu ray drive in my machine.3.The display has a very wide viewing angle and is quite crisp and clear.4.All the parts are slotted not soldered, so upgrading later will always remain an option. So your machine won't go obsolete in 3 years.

  • Ofcourse Gaming, but also
Aditya Krishnan (Sep 7, 2015) on Amazon
Well, here's my review after using it for a month now. Running on the powerful GTX 970M, needless to say this laptop can handle any game at Ultra settings at a decent 60 - 70 fps. (Witcher 3 - 50 fps). And if you care just about gaming then you can stop reading and buy this laptop instantly because you won't get these specs at a cheaper cost. You can read other reviews for details in gaming.I am here to mention the other small features that I really love :1) Matte Finish Full HD LED display.2) 265 colours fully customizable backlit keyboard (3 parts) with 7 built-in effects and 4 brightness levels3) 6 light indicators (Num, Caps, Scroll - locks, Processor, Dedicated Graphics and Airplane mode)4) 2 light indicators for battery and power.5) Tons of ports. Definitely more than you would use. Also 1 x Powered USB port ( can charge your phone or power bank even when the laptop is in sleep)6) 4 audio ports ( You can basically connect a 7.1 channel home theatre to your laptop)7) Built-in microphone for video chats and LED indicator besides webcam to indicate that it's on.8) My favourite thing, independent cooling fans with vents on the rear that can be set to manual or auto. Didn't really need a cooling pad. Also there is good clearance on the bottom as well due to thick rubber stoppers.9) Pretty good battery life ( Upto 2 hours on web surfing and watching video simultaneously).10) Enough small rubber blocks around screen as well to protect it from touching the keyboard when you close the lid.11) Smooth Non fingerprint- friendly display and backlid. (Easily Cleanable)12) Function keys ( F1 to F11 ) that when pressed with the Fn key can adjust volume/brightness, put the screen off, Mute, Un/Lock tochpad, switch to airplane, etc.The things that aren't exactly cons1) Speakers are loud but huge on treble and least on the bass.2) Heavy and bulky ( Its like a portable gaming station, just not meant to be used on the lap)3) The sleep key is besides the volume down key, so accidents do happen in the beginning. The support is excellent.Ultimately, It's a BEAST, it's top-notch, it's value for money!

  • Great High End System
Manendra Singh Lodhi (Dec 8, 2016) on Amazon
It has been around 6 months since I have been using this system. I am a Film Editor and use the system not for gaming but for Editing purposes. I must say after using it for this much time that it is working flawlessly. I have been working on 4k footage now and have also worked with the same footage on 27 inch i Mac. It competes the i Mac on every aspect. The fact that such a high end system is portable is really awesome. 4 USB ports on the clevo barebone is really so much helpful while editing. You can even use the USB C port through adapters. I would say this is very much an Alienware machine but without the brand and at a much lesser price.

  • A beastly beauty
Abhijeet Kunder (Sep 9, 2016) on Amazon
It's been a solid 2 months with the Azom now and this beautifully crafted beast has brought my younger self back. Truly amazed by this genius hardware and I sure am going to cherish this for a long long time.Azom and it's Clevo heritage beats all the big guns in their own game with consistent and daunting performance (be it gaming or heavy lifting imaging, or video transcoding or just plain daily chores), It's fantastic looks (yes, i just love the matt feel) and lastly the unmatchable value of the whole package. Easily rocks even the ultra uber INR 2.0L+ Alienwares, ROG, MSIs and gives a serious run for their money. Well, let me take that back. Even the 2.8L beasts are no match to this beast and there's benchmarks and real life scenarios to back that up.I'm amazed at what the gaming industry (mobility in particular) has become now, with deadweight laptops, run-of-the-mill specifications with little or no real year-on-year improvements other than linear CPU/GPU upscales, and the fact that most big brands make horse-s*** bricks for laptops that can't be upgraded. Azom exudes a fresh breath here in context and hats off to the team that brought it to Indian audiences.Kudos also to the team, who've never failed to address any query or concern that was raised and made things simple both pre and post sale, and that's not even half the customer satisfaction that i've gotten whilst paying a brickload more for the bigger brands.Great stuff guys and keep up the great work.

  • Warning : You are Buying a Beast!
RJ (Dec 1, 2016) on Amazon
I bought it in January 2016.One line review:It's worth the money (I got it at a price of about 1.5 Lac).Specs:Screen : 15.6" matt finish anti-glare FHD 1980 x1080pGraphics Card : Nvidia GTX970 6GBProcessor : Intel 6th Gen 6700k Skylake 4.0GHz (with overclocking it gives a humongous 5.5GHz!!)Body : Clevo P750DMRAM : 16GB parrotSSD : 256GB M.2 SATAHDD : 1 TB 7200RPMImpressions : The laptop is pretty huge in size. Though it has an 8-Cell battery after 6months , it last for about 2H on normal mode. It's all matte finish, very classy look, quite fingerprint magnet but I don't mind that much, I use an external Razer keyboard and mouse for I/O purpose (Link in the end). Full LED coloured backlit customizable keyboard is quite impressive. It has a huge charging brick, which is quite common in other high-end gaming laptops, but that itself weigh about 1Kg. Total weight of the whole thing is around 7Kg. So if you travel in flights much, then it's pain to carry it in Hand baggage where the limit is of 8Kg.It's a BEAST, and never slows down. I've played games like GTA V, COD Advanced Warfare, Witcher III, NFS Rivals, NFS Run, Crew, Batman Arkham Knight, Dark Souls 3, Battlefield 4 and more on the max settings, and it never lagged. It can play 4K and 8K videos. I've tried it on my university's research-based lab screens, that support that resolution. It also runs heavy rendering requirement software like Fusion 360, Unity 3D, Unreal, Maya etc. quite smoothly. In short, it can run any software out there. I've tried playing GTA V along with rendering going on in the background on Unreal, and It ran quite smoothly in Performance mode ( and by increasing the fan speed to keep the things cool).I overclocked it 2 times and it gave a processing speed of ~5.2GHz. The speakers on the machine are by Onkyo, which is a good brand, they serve the purpose. Though it's expected that while gaming you'll wear a pair of headphones.I've attached the result of Cinebench R15 results. If you're a gamer and reading this then I'll advise you to buy this 'desktop replacement' and also would like to recommend some of the accessories like :

  • Good game, well played
Amazon Customer (Jun 4, 2016) on Amazon
Good game, well played, Azom!I had walked the length and breadth of the world searching for a decent high end Windows laptop. I wanted a good graphics card, combined with an SSD under the hood, and at least a processor with 4 cores.Enter the Exigo. My specs are:i7-6700500 GB Samsung 850 Evo SSD16 GB G.Skills Ripjaw V RAMAs well as, of course, the beautiful 1080p matte screen, the wonderful build, the adjustable backlight (to any color you want for the right, left, and middle section of the keyboard), it just all comes together. The Clevo P750DM barebone is well built, with great cooling power. The Qualcomm ethernet adapter, sadly, isn't out of the box compatible with most Linux distros, but the choice of the Intel wifi card (over the Broadcom), does make switching easier. There will be an issue with the nvidia driver, which is easily fixable by setting "nomodeset", and then installing the proprietary drivers. For those interested, I'm using Linux Mint Cinnamon 17.3 Rosa, currently. No issues at all anymore :)As for games, most people have covered it, but I'll go ahead and add that the GTX 970m is beautiful. Just...beautiful.The cons are of course, the battery life, which is more than I expected but less than I hoped for, and the body. I understand why it was matte black instead of metal, but it does mean that it catches fingerprints and all sorts of marks very easily. Thankfully it is pretty easy to clean, so this isn't a massive issue. All in all, a wonderful laptop, and I'm incredibly happy with the purchase. I think it's a good buy, not a great one for value of money, frankly speaking, (because the i7-6700 is a fair amount cheaper than the i7-6700 HQ or the i7-6820 HK offered in other competing laptops), but in terms of service, quality of product, no bloatware installed, custom configuration, and did I mention service? An absolutely fantastic team, that knows what they're talking about and are willing to accommodate, is SUCH a blessing to work with. It was one of the major reasons I picked it over a competing brand! For the reasons I bought it for, along with the custom config, I give it a 9/10, with the 1 lost for what could be a better build, personally. I understand the constraints..but nevertheless, it does detract from the rest of the rig.Apart from that, this rig is GORGEOUS, and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a nice high end laptop. I would also say, get an SSD with it, it makes such a difference! And Azom lets you do whatever you like, so why not? :)

  • Good gaming machine. Even better customer service.
Naveen (Feb 21, 2017) on Amazon
I have been using my exigo for about 8 months or so.My config: Clevo P750-DM chassis, i5-6600(desktop grade), 16gb ddr4, 970m 6gb, 120gb SSD(boot), 1TB HDDHere's my review:Pros:1. Can max out most games released in 2016 or before @1080p60fps2. No unwanted software. (Bloatware)3. No CPU/GPU throttling during extended gaming sessions.4. IPS panel color reproduction is pretty good.5. Socketed components instead of Soldered. Can be swapped out if the need for an upgrade arises.6. Thunderbolt 3- Opens up the option to add an external GPU in the future since nvidia screwed over older models with the new non standard mxm gpus.7.Keyboard layout is pretty good and has decent travel for adequate feedback. The heat is mostly towards the bottom and rear so you don't have to get your palms fried in case you are using the inbuilt keyboard for gaming.8. Speakers are well balanced for inbuilt ones and the Soundblaster software does a great job.Cons:1. Good luck carrying around a 4.4kg (laptop 3.5kgs + power brick 900g ). I mean its basically a Desktop Replacement Machine and almost as powerful as one bar the GPU.2. Dust/Fingerprint Magnet.3. IPS Light Bleed. It is almost unavoidable with IPS panels.4. Monitor refresh rate is locked at 60Hz. (This is a personal issue which can be solved by using an external monitor with a higher refresh rate. But I am cheap hehe ^_^)Neutral:1. Windows 10. Would have put this in cons but since the anniversary update things have been much smoother.Lastly these pros and cons don't matter if the customer service is bad. The best part about this laptop is the customer service. You can actually talk to the guys who run the company if you have any issues and they make sure you are satisfied. When has that ever happened with a major brand. I hope AZOM becomes as big as XOTIC PC/Sager/XMG in the near future.I recommended Azom to a friend recently and he got his laptop 2 days ago and the guy has not slept in 2 days I think :D.

I ordered this machine on January 24, and I got it delivered on February 14 (What a coincidence :P ). My configuration is as followsCPU: Intel core i7 6700GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GBRAM: GSkill Ripjaws 2133MHz 16 GBSSD: 120 GB Samsung NVMeHDD: HGST 1 TB 7200 RPMBarebone: Clevo P750DM2LooksThe entire laptop body has a matte finish which feels really good to the touch. Although, it also means its a finger print magnet. But personally, i don't care about it. The keyboard backlighting is really good. The tracking pad is big enough, and it hosts an integrated fingerprint sensor on its top left corner. The screen is a 15.6 inch FHD IPS matte panel.BuildOverall the build is bulky, considering the desktop componenets inside, it needs space to both acoomodate them and for better air circulation. The quality of the build is pretty solid. Its heavy weighing in at approximately 3.5 kgs. The power brick is another 900 gms approx. The keyboard feels really smooth and has a good keytravel. It also has kind of a matte finish. My only concern is the display hinge. I don't have any problem with it, but considering the bulkier build of the laptop, the hinge felt a little weak. The screen wobbles a little when you type, and whenever I open the lid, I'm conscious about it. The touch pad is good too. The finger print sensor does a good job and it hardly misses anytime.PerformancePerformance wise, this is a beast. I'm not that much into gaming, but I've played BF1 @60 FPS in ultra, and Watch Dogs 2 @45 FPS in ultra. The color reproduction of the screen is great. With "high" settings, you can max out any games of 2016 @60 FPS if you are using the built in display. Windows feels snappier, thanks to the NVMe SSD, and 16 GB of ram. There's no lagging or stuttering whatsoever. I've also installed linux on dual boot, and I've had no problems so far. Some minor problems like display brightness control using Fn keys (which is easily fixed using NVdia drivers), and keyboard backlighting(There are some kernel module sources available that can be compiled and installed, but I didn't bother). I use android studio with two to three virtual devices at the same time, along with multiple tabs open in chrome, music, filezilla, multiple terminal windows, compiz visual effects, etc., and it runs them just fine. So, nothing to complain about performance. Throw anything at it, and it will handle them great. So, overall, this is a Magnificient Beast indeed.I must also mention here that Azom System's customer service is the best I've had so for. I was a bit skeptic about making a purchase and the shipping of the laptop, but after talking to them, I went for it. And they took care of everything and followed up with me until I received my laptop in my hand. Harshvardan and Arindam (who run Azom Systems), they both are really polite and they explain everything to you with patience. It was a really smooth and amazing experience for me to have made a purchase from them. Thank you for your service Azom.
