The product was delivered in a broken condition and then had to request for a refund. The technician reviewed the product and accepted the need to return the item.The pickup man walked in my place and misbehaved with my elderly parents and went out without collecting the item. on trying to reach out to the company, kept hearing to their "Sorries" but no action was initiated by them. Have been waiting to receive the names of the concerned people to file an FIR against them to have sent a local goon to harass since I had requested for a refund. Still waiting for the company to take an action on the matter and compensate for the extreme misbehavior by their agent.Is this review helpful?
