The tablet comes with a 14.20-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 3,120x2,080 pixels at a pixel density of 264 pixels per inch (ppi).Huawei MatePad Edge comes with 16GB of RAM. The Huawei MatePad Edge runs HarmonyOS 5.1 and is powered by a 12,900mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Huawei MatePad Edge on the rear packs a 50-megapixel primary camera, and an 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Huawei MatePad Edge is based on HarmonyOS 5.1 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Huawei MatePad Edge measures 312.08 x 212.02 x 6.85mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 789.00 grams. It was launched in Space Gray and Moonlight Silver colour.

Connectivity options on the Huawei MatePad Edge include USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, GPS, and NFC. Sensors on the tablet include compass/ magnetometer, fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, and ambient light sensor.
