Very poor serviceDr M. (Dec 1, 2020) on AmazonThe product was bought a year back. It worked fine last winter. This year, the readings were quite high so we asked for service. The person told on phone that the filter needs replacement. Since last 40 days, no one has come to replace the filter inspite of repeated reminders. The filter is not available on amazon too. Now the service person avoids calls. To top it all, Eureka customer care shows my query as "resolved" !!The service by Eureka is pathetic.Is this review helpful?
