• Worst Tab and after sale service are disgusting.

  I bought and received the digiflip pro tablet xt811 on sunday. Even from the start I try its camera, back camera works fine(Picture quality is poor thogh) but the front camera crashes the Camera app from second use onwards. Lodged a complaint, they send a link to download smartcheck app and schedule a call according to their system (You might not be available that time and it is not their concern), you get it rescheduled, No one calls me second time and automatically it is rescheduled, I try calling customer car number, They tell I cant return the product and have to bear with their troubleshooting (Recheduling and rescheduling..) What the hack... Frustrating services, Neither can replace nor return. Is their any way to rate in minus?

• gets worst in couple of years..

  first lie they mention in the specification is "assured kitkat upgrade". u are given a file to download which then upgrades your device but fails to do next it happens to be the apps on playstorewhich you guys should forget about. if some game is played by you for a couple of days it force stops itself from it. after those disasters i am now experiencing "headphone jack issues= no more songs" , "heavy lag on any app" "i recommend not using this for any important purpose!

• Tablet - Worth for Money - But No service by Flipkart

  I have purchased this tablet 2.5 years ago when it is released for first time in the market. It performed exceptionally well till lase week. I played high end games, browse, chats, etc.. never hanged any time. I am having a problem like my tablet didn't turned on from past 2 weeks and customer service team told me that it's never gonna be ok!!! But when i went to customer service center, they initially said we do not repair Digiflip tablets even though that service center is listed in the Digiflip service center list in karnataka. If Flipkart being one of the big e-commerce company in india is unable to maintain a service center for their product defects then where customer gonna go if they have issues? The users do not know the mobile repair/service unless they studied/experienced in mobile servicing.

  I bought it in its releasing month itself and its too gud...After comparing it with lots of tablets on lota websites...its one of the best tab in the market at such a price...great initiative of flipkart....camera quality size,sound and overall performance just awesome...can blindly go for buying it....5 stars
