  Good product by HP...i have been using this laptop since jan 16, no issue is found till now... capacity of battery is decreased, but overall it is fine.

  no heating problem , great sound , all features are good and battery back up is also good no issue or problem in 7 months infact i use heavy software and play graphics games also

• Detailed Review of this entry level i5 laptop.

  I bought this laptop from a HP retail shop. I would list out the pros and cons of this laptop. Pros: * Looks. Great finish. Great colour. * Sleek and lighter than Dells in the same range. * Touchpad. Its the best I have used and its so smooth and responsive. * Display is bright and colourful. Far far better than the very expensive Lenovo Y50-70 and ASUS G552JX, even though its 720p. * Touchpad gestures are great fun and so easy to use. * Processor is the best you can get at this price. * 1 TB storage that is standard in this range. * Build. The body is well finished even at the bottom. No open holes or anything anywhere. * Silent. Trust me, its hard to guess if its on or off, if you cover the display. * Design is great and looks stylish. * Keyboard is also pretty good, sturdy and doesn't make any awkward noise what so ever. * All the indicating lights are on the sides instead of the front surface. Its good because they don't disturb you if you are watching a movie or something with lights off. * Got a HP laptop bag free with it worth Rs.1100. Don't know whether flipkart gives the bag or not. * No heating issue. I played GTA V for two hours and it got slightly warm at the left bottom, which is normal. * Haven't tested the battery much. But it gave around 5 hours on full brightness when I played GTA V for some time, watched a few 1080p videos, downloaded drivers over Wi-Fi in the same course of time. The Wi-Fi was always on and connected. So, I guess the Battery backup is pretty good. *The power of i5 is easily detectable, when you use apps, hover through the explorer, play games etc. Everything is amazingly fast. The boot time is harldy 5 seconds. Cons: * Keyboard is not backlit which can be a turn down for some people. Not for me though. Because the keyboard is well illuminated by the large display. * The two keys on the touchpad are too hard. Maybe because they are new. * There is no indicating light on the adapter. This is harldy a con. * The GPU provided is not high end and not for new games, but again the best at this price. * The battery at the back was a little loose in my laptop. Its not that it would fall off. Its locked properly. But it is not exactly a sturdy fit like my dell laptop. I guess this is a fault in my piece. This is hardly noticeable. * Speaker audio is low. Some recommendations, * There is no driver or Wi-fi issue as mentioned by people in their review. I installed Win 8 64-bit. And everything is working fine. Just install all proper driver from hp support site. * hp-ac027tx is the same laptop. Only differences are, 027 is in black & 026 is in silver, and 027 has an extra 4 GB RAM. The best deal is to buy 026 and add a 4GB RAM to it. So you get a 027 in silver colour at Rs.500 lesser. And over everything, silver colour is much more cooler than black, since I've seen both the pieces in the shop. * This is a great laptop for day-to-day uses and to play games mid-range games and games released before 2015. But for better gaming experience without spending more money you should get a hp-ac029tx for 48K. It has a 2GB Nvidia 940M, which is the best GPU you get under 50K
