Great Product, Not-so-great ExperienceShrikanth B R (Nov 1, 2014) on FlipkartAwesome machine with great wash quality compared to my earlier top-load (actually better than my maid too!). I definitely recommend! While I have no complaints about the product (hence 5 * rating), the technician who came in for installation, literally scared my family members and made them buy additional goods worth 6K!! While it includes a stand and a cover, which I had given a prior consent to, he also sold a circuit breaker (1.5K - dont know if it's really worth it) and a water softening device (2.5K). Funny thing is, this machine has an in-built water softening system!!! Not sure how much softer water can get! I've raised it with IFB and their local dealer to take the softener back and they've assured me that it will be done hope they do! I have read a similar review already, so it seems like a normal practice. Be aware of this while choosing this machine. Also, for a faster installation, call IFB's helpdesk directly... seems like Flipkart takes it's own sweet time to do it. Register your product and ask for demo - I got a call from them in 2 days.Is this review helpful?
