Awesome machine with great wash quality compared to my earlier top-load (actually better than my maid too!). I definitely recommend! While I have no complaints about the product (hence 5 * rating), the technician who came in for installation, literally scared my family members and made them buy additional goods worth 6K!! While it includes a stand and a cover, which I had given a prior consent to, he also sold a circuit breaker (1.5K - dont know if it's really worth it) and a water softening device (2.5K). Funny thing is, this machine has an in-built water softening system!!! Not sure how much softer water can get! I've raised it with IFB and their local dealer to take the softener back and they've assured me that it will be done hope they do! I have read a similar review already, so it seems like a normal practice. Be aware of this while choosing this machine. Also, for a faster installation, call IFB's helpdesk directly... seems like Flipkart takes it's own sweet time to do it. Register your product and ask for demo - I got a call from them in 2 days.

As usual Flipkart is always better in delivery times. Fantastic product with all the improvements from its last mode. Just a small suggestion to any buyer is to buy only genuine IFB stand and not the ordinary as machine weight is too much and hence local accessory would result into trembling while operating the machine.

Last 2 weeks I am using the washing machine. Brand IFB quality. The commendable matter is the after sales service of the FlipKart. Delivery made days before the promised date. Just after delivery I got call from IFB technician. There is the beauty of the flipkart's customer care. The installation was arranged at my convenient time. The accessories introduced by the IFB technician were usefull and it was our choice whether to buy or not. After the installation also Flipkart called me and recorded my opinion. Also there were 4 offers for this product at that time. I could use 3 offers. Thus very less price than the market price. Till now I am very much satisfied.

After using IFB Executive Plus for 15 years, decided to change finally. as we were great IFB front loading fans we went for this model as it was suffice for all our needs. Very happy with the machine. very less noise in spin and very sturdy. We also bought the IFB trolley for securing it. all good. very high VFM . Flipkart And WS retail as usual next day delivery in Flipkart privilage and next day was demo. very nice.

I have booked on Wednesday (26Nov) late hours for exchange offer of my old m/c. Got product delivered on time (By Friday 28th) and quick installation by IFB. Started using the product, looks good...

No proper demo or installation is done even after 3 weeks of delivery. Please don't buy in flipkart.

I bought this machine after lots of comparison and had doubts about IFB service (as many of the guys shared many of their bad experiences with IFB services). Machine was delivered on Saturday Morning by Flipkart as promised and got a call from IFB serviceman 8 am on Monday morning. He installed the machine by 10 am and provided basic demo (we used fully automatic machine in past hence demo was not required). He didn't tried to sell anything to us and provided information only when we asked about the trolley and cover. IFB customer service also called me to know the level of service or do I need any other help from them.. Fully satisfied with IFB customer service and Machine.

While purchasing the product I was little nervous about the medium through which I was opting to buy. Normally we use to visit the shop and check everything physically before finalising a product of such a high scale. Flipkart has provided the service beyond our imagination, from picking off (exchanging) our old machine to the delivery of the new one on dot schedule. The delivery person with the help of the van driver lugged the 66kg machine all the way to the second floor by hand and brought the old one down likewise. With a smile. Beat that! I am certain that Flipkart has a system which motivates these youngsters so well. The product has been already tried and tested before by us and I am sure we won't be disappointed. Only thing that irked is that the stand that IFB tries to sell through a pamphlet inside the instruction manual doesn't match what was given by the service man for Rs.1430/- All in all, I am a happy customer. Great washing machine. wash quality is awesome even in quick mode option the wash quality is quite good. Flipkart service was good after it got delivered installation done within two days. Thanks flipkart for providing this washing machine at discounted price ( Market price was quite higher than flipkart price). Its an absolute delight washing clothes in this machine.

It cleans clothes well and dryness of clothes after wash is almost 70%. IFB installation and service is good .

Purchased this product a week back , I must admit flipkarts delivery folks are really amasing, i stay in 2nd floor and the steps are bit narrow and it was tough to get it to the top but the delivery guys did an amasing work to get it with ease...Kudos to Them Coming to product IFB , Their Installation and demo crew were simply awseome to say the least i would sincierly recommend this machine for every one

Writing review after usage of 6 months: Quality wise , product is very good and stable. Unlike, other washing machines , this product does not wobble and will be almost steady through out washing process. Consumption of detergent is very minimal. Cleanliness of clothes after washing is good but not very clean and tide. I have seen other IFB machines with very high cleanliness of washing, probably, depends on water that is used. Wide variety of options are provided , and based on type of clothes , appropriate option can be selected. Overall, very good and stable product. No intervention required at all after starting machine. I have used other washing machines earlier, but this one is very good compared to others.

Its really good washing machine. Cleaning quality is really good and delivery was also in time. Service center people should have more knowledge and should make proper demo.

Excellent machine... Does what it is designed for.. Amazing delivery.. the IFB rep may try to sell some unnecessary stuff. But a polite no would suffice.

I have been using this for last 8months. It is real good and best. I suggest to go for it.... it work in different temp and different time alweel in speeds....

Although IFB is costly one, but Front Load M/c is named as IFB. No other brand gives perfect wash than this M/c. easy to use and have good durability.

Using since three weeks now...It's doing wonders as it handles all the wash loads..who says front loading machine consumes loads of water, power and other resources? Prove me wrong! It consumes around 45-90litres of water depending on the type of wash program selected. But the end result is worth the wait and all the resources it consumes. PROS 1. User friendly 2. Elegant looks 3. Intelligent and smart 4. SUPERB! BRILLIANT!! and EXCELLENT!!! wash quality CONS -nil- It works wonders provided you ensure the prerequisites are met like having dedicated threaded water inlet, water outlet, dedicated 15AMP power socket, etc. for the safe functioning and long life of the machine. The IFB customer is responsive and the local service centers who in turn visits the house are more than willing to help and answer all queries. Customer support does not disappoint. I had only heard about it's greatness but I'm a witness to this wonder. Thanks to service of Flipkart service.I have taken this machine through Flipkart.IFB Senorita Aqua 6.5 washing machine is very good front loading machine.Very compact,soundless and having good washing quality.Machine reched within the estimated time as well as IFB representatives reached with two days of the delivery.I have taken stand cover and inlet pipe 5 mts approximately3000 Rs which looks to a higher side a little bit. It's perfect washing machine for all. Flipkart service is very good and delivery is also good. Only bad thing is that , after 1 week of delivery,demo and installation is done by flipkart wash quality is very good. I am very happy with the product.
