  I have Purchase Mitashi Tv 6 months ago i think it will be good but after that it stop working so it was in warranty i call customer care they are very bad they does not pick up the phone many times and some times while talking to them they will disconnect the phone and never call again but after 15 to 16 calls i manage to register my complaint but thats not all, 6 days passes and there is no response from them. i tried to call them again and again but they does not answer the call after 4-6 times they finally pick up and said they will send the worker tommorow but after 3 days no worker has come then i call again and they again tell that they will send worker tommorow definetly but still no worker has come after 2 days and i finally shout to them and they again tell that they will send worker tommorow and at the end i call local worker in my area and tell him to do the work and he charged me 5700 rupees and i have to give it from my pocket . so mitashi company is fraud they send a worst product to you and they give 1 year or 3 year warrant which is not usefull they only fraud you and take money from you please do not buy any tv from mitashi from anywhere please someone do court case against mitashi and send them to jail
