Intex Cloud Flash With 4G Support, 5-Inch Display Launched at Rs. 9,999

Intex has launched a new Cloud-series smartphone, the Cloud Flash. Priced at Rs. 9,999, the smartphone will be available exclusively via the Gadgets 360 e-commerce website from Monday.

The domestic handset maker has also tied up with Airtel to offer consumers double data offer which will be applicable on 3G /4G. The company is also offering a 1-year screen breakage warranty. The handset will be available in Black, and White & Champagne colours. The company touts that the Intex Cloud Flash sports Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection on both front and back panels. Another highlight of the handset is it supports 4G connectivity. At this price point, the new Intex smartphone will be up against the popular Lenovo K3 Note, which is also retailing at similar price.

The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) Cloud Flash smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It comes with a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD Super Amoled display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.

It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB). It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera also on board. Other connectivity options on the Intex Cloud Flash include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The handset is backed by a 2300mAh battery which the company claims can deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time. It measures 145x71.5x6.5mm and weighs 123.5 grams.

The Cloud Flash also comes preloaded with apps such as SwiftKey, Follo, Opera Mini, OLX, Clean Master, Newshunt, Chaatz, Skype, and InMobi Services.
