a great entry level laptopAnirban M. (Mar 11, 2017) on Amazona great entry level laptop...MSI is famous for making gaming laptops...the performance is great as i do a lot of video rendering on my brothers MSI GL62...GTA V can be played in high settings very smoothly...4 starts just because is doesnt have a backlit keyboard...Is this review helpful?

Main Software not there as mentioned in specificationSAI WORLDWIDES (Oct 13, 2017) on AmazonThe purchase was a mistake to do online as the product was not in line to what it was mentioned in the specification regarding software. When contacted the person said that I am not from that field and right person will contact. But till date nobody contacted. The main software is missing.Is this review helpful?

Very Bad!! they havent sent me the gaming mouseDeepak V (Apr 1, 2017) on FlipkartGaming mouse was mentioned in the Flipkart as an free offer when you buy this Laptop... I have received only the laptop but not the gaming mouse.. At least, they could have mentioned that the mouse was not there before receiving laptop.. I've got the mail saying that I'm eligible for this offer.. When I have called the customer care they are saying we cant take this as an compliant. Laptop was good.. Pros: Laptop keys are good Sound really good Loading time also good Cons: But absence of keyboard lighting(difficult in night to work)...Is this review helpful?
