MSI has earned a good name for itself in the high-end gaming laptop space. It was the Taiwanese component manufacturers, most notably MSI and Asus, who first popularised powerful gaming laptops. They used their knowledge of gaming and history with enthusiasts to realise that customers wanted laptops more than desktops but weren't always happy with sacrificing power for slimness.
MSI PS63 Modern 8RC Summary
The MSI PS63 Modern 8RC weighs 1.6kg and is just 15.9mm thick. It has a slick look with a matte grey metal exterior and blue accents around the lid and trackpad. Despite its size, this laptop is packed full of powerful hardware including an Intel Core i7-8565U CPU, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 (Max-Q) GPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB PCIe SSD. Performance is very good across all kinds of tasks and there's enough power for gaming at reasonable quality settings. The 15.6-inch full-HD 1920x1080 screen is non-reflective which office workers will love, and movies also look good on it. One interesting feature is the QuickCharge 3.0-enabled USB port which will let you charge your smartphone or other devices quickly. We liked the keyboard, but found the trackpad awkwardly designed. Battery life was very good too. The MSI PS63 Modern offers good value and can compete with ultraportables from all the well-known PC manufacturers.

Worth your bucks!!!Simran Jaira (Aug 5, 2019) on AmazonWant an affordable yet powerful ultrabook? This is what you've been looking for all along. As advertised by MSI the processor and the GPU on this thing is powerful, to say the least, clubbed with an amazingly long-lasting battery life of 12 hours!! The screen is bright enough unless you're moving to MSI from a Macbook or a laptop with OLED or 4K display, then you may find it lacking for obvious reason. The speakers are loud enough to my liking if it's sitting on a table but on say bed or sofa, the down-firing speakers tend to result in distorted and inaudible sound output. Beautiful in every sense of world and powerful. What else do you want? Also, the fingerprint scanner is incredibly fast. And I'm very finicky about the keyboard and let me tell you that I thoroughly enjoy typing on this thing!! The trackpad with windows precision driver is a god send blessing. To sum it up, I guess this is for you if you want a powerful ultrabook on which you can do some heavy load work or do some moderate gaming too.Is this review helpful?

Very impressed.However support is suspect.Their website mentioned that one can purchase extended warranty, but no purchase option is provided.And their response to my email states ?
