GSF Accelerator inducts twelve Entrepreneurs-in-Residence as mentors

GSF Accelerator has inducted twelve serial entrepreneurs and executives with deep domain expertise in technology, product management and start-ups as Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs).

GSF Accelerator was announced last month as "India's first multi-city programme that aims to provide 12 start-ups with personalised and intensive mentoring, access to funding and business networks and initial capital."

The EIRs will manage different aspects of the GSF accelerator and will be responsible for activities like assisting in the evaluation, selection and induction of startups for each city (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and providing functional expertise as well assisting the startups as buddy mentors. The EIRs will also manage the 25 workshops during the 7 weeks and coordinate with 250 mentors in GSF network.

"It is for the first time in the context of an accelerator programme that the concept of an EIR has been uniquely applied at such a scale. These highly accomplished EIRs bring with them diverse experiences from across the world and industry verticals that would prove immensely useful for the startups," said Rajesh Sawhney, founder of the GSF Accelerator programme.

GSF Accelerator is set to launch its first batch this month, having received over 250 applications from startups across the digital domain.

GSF Accelerator the initiative of Rajesh Sawhney, founder of GSF Superangels, a network of 30 leading digital founders and investors. GSF Accelerator has partnered with 500 Startups from Silicon Valley, Seedcamp from Europe, and Ruvento from Singapore, thus forming a global alliance that aims to provide access to global springboards for Indian startups.
