Lesser LED backlight reduces strain on eyesI bought this TV for 19990.00 at the time of Prime day deals and the TV was delivered after 3 days. The package received in good condition. The Amazon delivery boy gave me 2 landline numbers to contact for installation i.e 1800 30009027 and 18003000 9014, but unfortunately both those numbers always remained busy. TCL has clearly mentioned in the product listing to contact their own service desk number i.e 1800 419 0622 and the guy at the other end immediately took my call and provided me my installation request number and assured me within 24 hrs my TV will be installed and within 24 hrs my TV was installed. They have a service tie up with Onida TV and the service boy from Onida came and did the installation to my satisfaction. Those who complain about delay in installation please take note of this.Is this review helpful?
