The Amazon delivery boy gave me 2 landline numbers to contact for installation i.e 1800 30009027 and 18003000 9014, but unfortunately both those numbers always remained busy. TCL has clearly mentioned in the product listing to contact their own service desk number i.e 1800 419 0622 and the guy at the other end immediately took my call and provided me my installation request number and assured me within 24 hrs my TV will be installed and within 24 hrs my TV was installed. They have a service tie up with Onida TV and the service boy from Onida came and did the installation to my satisfaction. Those who complain about delay in installation please take note of this.

Great panel and picture quality and decent sound quality for the price (18k post a cashback). The TV was delivered in 2 days and installation carried out in another 2 days, so this was fairly speedy service, at least for the metros. Happy with my purchase and the experience so far.

At the given price I am satisfied with the product and delivery service. I got it installed within a day. Sound and Video quality are also good while playing full HD video. There is a still little catch which is a lag in terms of mili-seconds when you play big size of full HD video which can be solved via software update. Overall I strongly recommend this TV to others.

Got this TV in the recent sale. Good deal. Was very doubtful on TCL TVs in India (even though have seen them in US). As usual Amazon rocked by delivering within the timeslot promised!!!, great service. The TV is a great bargain for this price. HD channels are awesome, sound quality is also excellent. SD channels are not great, especially some with poor transmission quality also, since the screen size is 39inches, the poor quality SD channels are not great. Overall a great value for money, especially with 1.5 years warranty!!.

Picture qualiy is nice and the side bezzels are quite narrow . Sound is good and its very delight to watch .. i purchased in Flash sale it cost 18200 rupees and in this price its very nice product i am happy with that . On time delivery with no damage.

It's a very nice TV for its price. I see many reviews with delay in installation... I faced two day of delay but they escalated to local service centre n installation done immediately ... N they called back to check. Overall very satisfied with delivery n installation. It has 18 month warranty let see how long it lasts..

This TV was a steal at 17999/-(2k cashback)..I use it as an external moniter using an hdmi cable and works really well..Even play 4k videos with ease..vibrant colours and sharpness for this price..

No words to explain. Booked on 20/09/2017 afternoon, got it 21/09/2017 before noon and installed by TCL technician on 1:00 PM. All is done within 24 hours. A Big Thanks to Amazon. Product quality is excellent. I will post detailed review after a few days of use it but one major fact about this tv is that you should have HD content to play like HD set top box or bluray dvd player or any good quality android smart tv box. Unfortunately, at the moment I have only android smart tv box with me and I am watching all major international tv chanells in HD format and very much satisfied.

At this price this is perhaps the best big screen (40'') LED TV one can get. Excellent picture quality especially on HD set top box. I give this a big thumbs up..
