Samsung recently launched the Galaxy A16 5G, a budget smartphone that sports a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED 90Hz display with FHD+ resolution. The Galaxy A16 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC and boasts a 50-megapixel triple camera setup capable of recording 1080P videos at 30fps. It features a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The Galaxy A16 5G includes a USB Type-C port, hybrid SIM slot, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Running on OneUI 6.1 based on Android 14, the phone promises up to six major Android updates. The handset is available in Gold, Blue Black, and Light Green colourways, and it offers 128GB and 256GB storage options, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.
