I bought vivo S1 Pro 15days back...face recognition option doesn't work most of the time,flash is very dull, phone hanged twice till today

At my place where I am living (Pakistan) the vivo s1 pro is working so fast so nice and so good, Have bought it, I'm so glad, But I have just one problem that it's top speaker or up speaker 🔊 Does not give me any results, I can not hear anything during play a video, but down speaker is working so well, So I just request to vivo master that, is there any solution of this problem that may I get a good result From top speaker,

Although this is excellent phone but call recording function is not available in this phone which is really bad for use we cannot record call if required.

20k for sd 665 and 1.7ghz processor? Really vivo ? Redmi is offering same in just half price. Vivo guys are high on weed. Cheaper model like vivo z1x and z1 pro has sd710 while a 20k model s1 pro has 665 😐😕

I liked everthing about phone...but I did not get the exchange offer even though I applied it and it got accepted...they took my exchange phone and told that on display one line is there. next day the boy gave my exchange phone back and rejected the exchange offer atlast I paid Rs 4800 by cash on next day to the delivery boy. Pls don't go for exchange offer atlast they will make us to pay full cash of phone..it's really cheating..
