  Hi I Recently bought this product and is good to use, Upgrading from a Dell XPS 15 (L502X) this is a huge step towards Performance for me, Looks and feel of the laptop is good got the mentioned bagpack,mouse,and Cerberus asus rog headset with it so i can give a 5/5 for the description for the whole laptop. Buying Point for me was the 16 gigs of ram which u cant find in other Dell or Hp laptop with a 90k price tag they are all above 1lac (Yes there are 16gb ram laptops which are 10-20k cheaper but then the issue is with the i7 5th gen 5500u which is a Dual core i7 with 2cores and 4 thread) Peformance wise the laptop is a beast games and programs run smooth with the i7 4720HQ and a Nvidia GTX 950M 2GB DDR3 and 16GB ram @1600mhz only having some heating issues sometimes tbh is depends upon the ambient temp of your place/house where ever you are. Gaming - Assassin Creed Unity @ 720p with Medium to low Graphics got around 28-35Fps Alien Isolation @ 720p with Ultra graphics got a stable 60fps Evolve @ 720p with medium graphics got aroung 30fps Program - Some Modeling software CAD and tht kind of stuff (Brothers Department not mine xD ) gets heated up during analysis reaches around 95 degree Celcius when you stress it (Ambient Temps are the key) well all laptops have them Pro - Good According to Price for 16GB ram , GTX 950M and a i7 4720HQ which is a 4core and 8threads cpu 1TB Harddisk which is a HGST harddrive good read/write speed from a 3.0 usb HD or flashdrive around 75-80MB/s Con- Monitor issues image ghosting when playing steam games at full screen so playing at Windowed or Borderless but when playing Origin or Uplay games smooth as butter idk must be a graphic driver or Steam Client issue. Rest - None so far Final Rating (My Personal Preference) = 8/10

• awesome laptop at its price

  i got this laptop for around 79000 from the local dealer here in nashik. everything is good in this laptop except for screen. i am not saying that the screen is bad but its viewing angles are not that great but for watching movies,youtube videos this laptop is great and as good as other laptops. another thing to be mention is that some people are saying that it has ips panel but it does not.in india you wont get ips panel and this type specifications for the money you are paying.and one more thing that it is definitely better deal than LENOVO Y-50

  Is this really 11.6 inch screen size. Because everywhere else its shown as 15.6 inch screen. And if it is a 11.6 inch screen wil higher end games like gta 5 work on it

  Drag down the screen and compare the specs..... Loaded with 16gb ram, nVidia gtx 950M and an intel 4720HQ @2.5 GHz.!! Now go to the site gamedebate.com..., and check the rating of the game u wanna play...NOT EVEN A SINGLE GAME WILL DISAPPOINT YOU...! the ROG is a well built laptop comes with a integrated cooling system.... and ofcourse the LOGO.. its awesome.!! the frame rates of Witcher 3 is around 40 FPS at Medium settings...which i am sure no other laptop(s) will able to give you..at 1080p resolution... (of course no other laptops within this range) . grab it while u still can...!! all the best..!!

• Asus g551jx vs Asus g551jk

  One thing i dont get is Asus g551jk costs around 80k with 8gb RAM, GTX 750M but on the other hand Asus g551jx costs around 82-83k with 16gb RAM and GTX950M. Huge variation in specs yet minor difference in price. Something smells fishy!!! Other than that, BEAST....
