  • Great system for the student or traveller
Noeldog (Dec 27, 2018) on Amazon
This is a great student box. It would work well for the travelling person also. It has more than enough space for the casual or low end user. If you are looking for a true gaming machine -- look elsewhere as well as someone looking for a productivity machine or heavy business use. I strongly recommend this for the intended purpose. My daughter loves it, and put it to use in her art studio for various practical and recreational uses. Social media, school work, some low end casual games. Optical drive is a must for many general purpose applications (the one I bought her was less than $15.

really really good laptop for what it is... needs a slightly faster processor even if it means less battery ... some apps hang a bit

  • Nice and sturdy
Jessica Dickinson (Mar 14, 2019) on Amazon
This little guy is good for those who need a computer for functional purposes. It's very sturdy, rubberized sides and a shatterproof screen. I have a small child, so this is a great plus. It runs a little slow, but this is not a computer for those who wish to perform lots of different functions or gaming. I use it for internet, email, word processing, etc. It's great for school work. I would recommend it for that purpose.

  • Small but Nice
Jasmine Dismukes (Apr 16, 2019) on Amazon
I've been using this item for awhile, and it seems to do the necessary functions. I did have a problem trying to video chat on Facebook several times, but that could just be a software issues. All in all, I think this is a mighty fine product.

  • A little slow, but great for basic homework for a college student.
Chance (Apr 26, 2019) on Amazon
Basic, small, rugged, long lasting battery. Runs microsoft office no problem. If youre looking for a basic word processing/internet browser computer that is durable this is the one. No fan on the bottom (fan is located on the hinge between keyboard and screen) either so perfect for use in any situation/location.DO NOT expect to play games/run processor heavy (photoshop etc.) software without lag. This computer is not built for it. If you plan to use for games at all, buy something else.

  • Gets the job done, could be better in some ways.
James Locke (Apr 12, 2019) on Amazon
Look, you are never going to use this for gaming. You wont use it to watch much in the way of videos either. What you WILL use this for is getting some work done remotely and in that capacity, it works well. It is tiny, but seems to be sturdy. My only complaint is that you really need to view the screen from a very narrow angle or else it distorts and then you cant see the screen.

  • Great for a student laptop
Red Ivy (Mar 25, 2019) on Amazon
Great but I hate how you cannot download anything unless to change the programming. I think Microsoft controlling apps is ridiculous.

  • Good laptop for work
Ian Harvey (May 13, 2019) on Amazon
This laptop runs office smoothly. When I run iTunes, iTunes helper uses all my memory in the background and have to use taskkill to close it. Video playback is not good and has problems. The USB ports work. Battery life is very good for the price. When restarting the machine there is a significant delay before anything pops up on the screen. When I switched out of Windows 10 S, the system gave me a confusing error. This device is durable and great for simple work. A Chromebook or Android tablet will be much better built in this price range.

  • More Limited Than Anticipated
JWP (Apr 9, 2019) on Amazon
When I purchased this laptop I had what I thought were vary reasonable expectations based on the specs. I was wong, the 64GB hard drive was space was reduced by half after upgrading to 10 Pro and catching up on updates, by the time I installed my security software and Adobe Acrobat I had approx 5GB of space left and it had already started to get laggy before I even began using it as planned. I had expected a good chunk of HD space would taken up with the updates and fully intended to utilize external storage for all working files to minimize internal storage use but was not prepared to fill up so much of the HD in less than 24hrs. In its 10 S configuration with few add ons it would probably be great but unfortunately it was way too limited for even my most limited use.

  • SLOW
Jackson (Nov 28, 2019) on Amazon
I bought this for my college student daughter for Christmas last year. She says it's too slow to be of use with online classes. It's a year later and I'm looking for a fix. :( Not enough storage.
