  20年以上愛用したATH-A9Xの頭部固定部分が壊れかけてきましたのでメーカーに修理可否を確認しましたが、17年前に製造終了していてパーツもないということで、買い換えました。ATH-A9Xでは「こもる」音もクリアに聞き取れます。少人数のジャズバンド演奏などでは、ボーカルも含めて、音像がはっきりつかめます。個人的には、少し硬めの音かな？とも思いますが、今時の「音」なんだろうと思います。まだ何とか使えるATH-A9Xと使い分けて楽しんでいます。良い買い物をしました。

  中古品新品同様とのことでしたが、保証書付でどこから見ても外装箱も含めて全くの未使用極美品で驚きました。現品確認ﾁｪｯｸのつもりがアッと言う間に2時間以上聴き惚れました。お陰さまで数十万ものｲﾔﾎﾝ買わずにすみました。また機会があれば是非再度この出品者を利用したいと思います。超コスパサイコーな買い物できました。感謝!!肝心な音質も言うことなし!!ｱﾙﾐﾎﾞﾃﾞｨらしい?ｳｯﾄﾞ、ﾁﾀﾝとはまた違ったｷﾗｷﾗとした心地良い長時間聴いても全く疲れない音が楽しめます。この製品はｼﾞｬﾝﾙを問わないｵｰﾙﾏｲﾃｨｰ何でも御座れ的な感じで装着感もまぁ軽く2~3時間は全く問題なく使用出来、兎に角ｲﾝﾄﾞｱﾍｯﾄﾞﾎﾝの中では最軽量?!の部類と思います。ﾍｯﾄﾞﾎﾝは長時間装着しても苦にならないのが一番肝心!!ｺｽﾊﾟも言うことなし!!ｱﾏｿﾞﾝ出品の中古品だから安心して購入出来ました!!

  These are great! I previously had a m30x and m50x headphones, also from Audio Technica. Being a pricier headphone, there is of course some subtle sounds that I can pick up in music with these that I was not able to hear with my previous headphones, but what is most noticeable about them versus a my previous pairs is that they have a very wide soundstage and so music is giving me a sense of presence. My previous headphones feel a bit flat after using these.I bought these based on positive reviews online from some folks on YouTube that review headphones. Youtuber "metal571" reviewed the similar a900x very positively, and Z reviews reviewed this product very highly.They look good, and are lighter weight than they look, which leads them to being very comfy (Most of the pressure is on the sides of the head). The wires are not detachable. The m50x has a cool thing where you can buy a separate bluetooth attachment that hooks onto the socket where the wire goes. Nobody could make that for these, unfortunately. The cups are not collapsable like the m50x, so the headphones are not as travel-friendly, so you'll likely want a headphone case if you're on the go with these.The other headphones I was considering included the Fostex thx00, but I heard that they were not a completely closed cup, the Oppo PM-3, which wirecutter rated the best $400 headphone. It seemed like most of the folks who reviewed the Oppo PM-3 highly hadn't reviewed these, and those that had reviewed the Oppo PM-3 and either these or the similar a900x had more positive things to say about these. I also considered the w1000z, because the wood looks cool, but head-fi.org had rated that one much lower than these.
