Product is good. But installation of Ac is not proper and good they band a copper pipe with hand and this is not a proper way to band pipe and i think its leakage in pipe because of not band proper and its break somewhere.

I did an extensive market survey in my town for a 2 ton AC for my 220 sq ft living room. I could not find a suitable one. There were not many choices either. Non of the available ones were below Rs.55000/-. Then I searched online and after two days of research in the web finally chose this model from Carrier, one of the pioneer AC makers in India. The price suited my budget. This model was not available in my local market. Before ordering I called the customer care number of Carrier and confirmed the issues related to specifications and warranty. They informed me that this particular model was currently available only online. The price at Rs.44490/-, 10 years warranty on compressor, 2 years warranty on ODU PCB was quite attractive. After a week long research I finally placed the COD order with flipkart on 11th April 2018 at 10 pm. I must appreciate the prompt service of Flipkart and their courier partner Gati for the prompt delivery to my place, a small town in Odisha, namely, Sambalpur. It was delivered to me on 17th April evening two days prior to scheduled delivery date. 5 stars for this promptness in delivery. Before Flipkart updated the delivery date I called Carrier Customer care 1800 3011 1111 and booked installation for the AC. Carrier people were prompt enough to respond and two technicians came in the evening to install it. The installation was flawless and was at a special discounted price of Rs.499/-. Their service was excellent. As far as the product is concerned I am really satisfied. I am writing this review after using the AC for 5 days. It cools my 230 sq ft living room in precisely 10 minutes with the fan speed at the lowest. Its performance is the best. I have two more inverter ACs of LG and Voltas of 1.5 ton installed in my two bed rooms of 140 sq ft each. But I find the cooling efficiency of this carrier product much superior to them. Carrier is definitely a better brand in this market segment. What flipkart has not mentioned in product details is that during the 1 year warranty three free services are provided by the company. No other company gives this. They usually provide two free services only. I would like to suggest to Carrier the following so that they can gain even more market share. 1. Please provide at least 3 mtrs of drain pipe along with the AC. It was not there in the box supplied to me. The technician charged me extra Rs.300/- for that. 2. The length of the copper pipes and connecting cable provided (3 mtrs) is too short. It should be at least 5 mtrs so that customer has the flexibility to place the ODU conveniently without joints. 3. The ODU bracket should be included in the box as an optional accessory and fixing it should be a part of standard installation. The technician charged me extra Rs.300/- for fixing the ODU bracket. These are small issues but they mean a lot to customers. I think Carrier Media Pvt Ltd will take care to note and consider these points for better customer satisfaction . All said and done I recommend this AC for all who really need an AC for a bigger room. Both the product of Carrier and service of flipkart are excellent.

excellent product. bought it for Hall room and it does the work what it's intended for. installation people were also decent and knew what they were doing. only hassle was getting there installation appointment as understandably it's the big billion day and pre festival time.

it's a nice AC and perfectly cools my 500 SQ.FT. Living Room. out door unit is really heavy so don't plan to install it on L angle instead get yourself a heavy duty platform outside your window or or install it on concrete slab. best part is its totally soundless and sometimes I forget to switch off as I don't realize that it is on. only thing I don't understand is that Follow Me option which doesn't work in my AC as I tried pressing follow me button many time but never felt wind flow towards the remote was located. so far so good

Bought this AC for our living room (1900sqft area)on10th Oct at an amazing price due to big billion day sale and I am very pleased with this purchase. Awesome cooling , prompt service, definitely energy efficient bcoz it's an inverter AC.

JUST BRILLIANT GO FOR IT. But before buying dont be confused for hybridjet. Hybridjet is just a design only, there is no dual fan in hybridjet technology,its just using another vent to recool the ODU.But for in 2 ton there is no hybridjet ODU.Because there outdoor unit is big and their fan also that not require hybrid jet grill. Their big fan is enough to behave like hybridjet. SO NO CONFUSION .Just go for it. low noise jn ODU. GOOD INDOOR UNIT . ALL IS GOOD AT THIS PRICE POINT. Got this ac at 37 k on offer day.Even 42 k its a best inverter ac.

Delivery and installation was amazing as expected from Flipkart. but installation charge was a bit high in comparison to other. Anyway I am really satisfied with this purchase till now.

Good value for money.During trial the cooling was good.Can't comment much as I bought/installed it 3 days back.Over all I am impressed.But installation cost is too high & there is no transparency in FK web site.Paid Rs.2650 for drain pipe, plug etc.I had to pay because the installation guys told me the cost after their arrival.

After a lot of research, Finally i found this is the best choice for 2 ton AC. The same spec AC is very expensive if you buy directly from a shop. The outdoor and Indoor units perform well and the noise levels are low. The indoor unit plastic should have been a little better, but it looks okay. Outdoor unit is heavy and strong enough. Remote control is fine and has all required functions. This AC does not need a stabilizer, so we save 2K straight on that. Overall, its the best choice for people looking for a 2 Ton AC.
