I purchased it for 5 star energy efficiency which paid off. The cooling is very instant and the noise coming from the indoor and outdoor unit is comparably less. Overall I have had no issues with the unit so far. The delivery was prompt .

I can see few negative reviews but in my opinion it is the best Inverter 5* AC in this price that amazon is providing in the time of Pandemic. Delivery was not so smooth but overall experience is really good. I m pretty much satisfied with the product & cooling. It is super silent no noise nothing.Writing review after using the product.

At this price this is best ac... Cooling is also very good. Just delivery issue they delivered it with only one person and he dragged ac in a way it is not recommended.

I am giving this review after using it one and half months. This is best AC. It's cooling is super. All though it is 1.25 ton AC, it has cooling capacity as well as a 1.5 ton 5 star AC. I think, there is not any big difference between 1.5 ton Ac and this 1.25 Ac. It's design is also good. It's remote also works very well. I purchased it by my SBI Card with No Cost EMI offer. I ordered it with scheduled delivery. But it was delivered 2 days before the scheduled delivery date. It's packaging is awesome. But, it hasn't any outdoor unit stand and electric wire in the box. For, installation, I contacted to the customer care number of Hitachi and they sent their agents to install my Ac. We bought the outdoor unit stand from them with Rs. 900 and electrical wires for outdoor unit from local electrical shops. Though, the Installation charge was free, they charged some service charges for covering the outside wires with covering tape and extra drainage pipe. Totally they charged Rs. 2000. Their behaviour was also polite. I am very happy with their services. Really I am very thankful to Amazon for giving me this wonderful service. My overall experience is AWESOME. ❤❤

Hitachi is a great japanese brand.This 5 star inverter 2020 model is worth the price.The cooling is good and the design is the latest. There post sales service is at par compared to others. The order was delivered in 3 days and it was installed next day in 2.5 hrs. They charged 850 for the stand.

Hitachi ac was installed 2 days ago in my room. It's seems very good product, as per performance seeing in last two days. Cooling is very good. Suitable to 150 sq ft room.

There is one thing missing in product description about cooling agent used in ac. But the product is good as they describe but need to add some features like display in indoor unit, room temp etc.

The product is good and I'll say Value for money but the delivery was not that great as there was copper pipe and connecting wire missing from the packaging but thanks to Amazon customer service as they told me to purchase them from market and they will reimburse the amount which they actually did and was super fast as within 10mins I got my reimbursement in my Amazon pay.Now the product. The cooling is great as expected front the brand, this AC is perfect for the bedroom as it doesn't have any unnecessary led indicator which disturbs while sleeping. The noise level is also low, cooling time is low too. Overall great product and installation Engineers were also nice.

I needed to replace an AC and got this on exchange. The company definitely is professionally run. The customer service seems based out of Ahmedabad so the accent is difficult to grasp if you wish to communicate in English. But overall the delivery and installation went ahead with the typical glitches of the delivery guys not arriving on time.The AC itself is very well made and chills pretty well. The only drawback is that the temperature isn't displayed on the unit, you only see it on the remote.The AC came with a free one year extended warranty and they asked me to call them after one year to activate it, which seems a bit weird. But overall, am happy with the product.

The product is Amazing. But Hitachi?s after sales service is PATHETIC!1. The guys came without wearing masks.2. They put a huge cut in main AC power wire while unboxing, from his hexa blade. The water dripped from inside the next day and i got a mild electric shock from the water. Thankfully it was mild.3. They were such noobs that they installed the Outdoor unit Tilted.Better be ready to get it installed on your own.

after running the ac for about 200 hrs (not at a strech)...it broke down and am waiting for the company to repair this since the last 50 days (PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY)...no one bothers to reply from customer care of hitachi...have written 10 e-mails to them...reminders given on helpline numbers and the result is a big 0....check before anyone buys HITACHI...

The product is working fine but the installation guys are pain to work with.Despite showing free installation they are demanding installation charges. Some company person is contacting me to pay him money. He says company doesn't recognises amazon bill.
