edit the invoice and type the serial number...den claim for hp warrantty...return only if claim not approvedBen George (Oct 13, 2014) on Amazondear friends,same as to the other reviews posted here,i didnt got any invoice with serial number along with this laptop.the invoice without serial number will not be useful during claiming the hp warranty,the hp redemption cell will cancel your laptop warranty if so.so in this case you just edit the bill using any pdf converter and type the serial number of the laptop below the laptop description line.then again convert it to pdf and send to hp redemption cell.it will take 7 days for your documents get verified and claim get approvedif they didnt approved your claim then you need to return the laptop to amazon only.about laptopit is a good entry level laptop with no negative feedback have installed 8.1 pro 64 bit on it and working perfetclyIs this review helpful?
