I purchased this laptop from a retail shop. Works well with default settings and apps. After some performance tuning it became powerful. I really love the design.Pros:1. IPS Full HD Display. Sharp and bright enough.2. 7th Gen i7 + 16 GB DDR4 + 2TB HDD3. Back-lit full keyboard4. MS Office Home & Student 2016Cons:1. Battery life is not good. 4-5 hours for medium - heavy browsing.2. Touch typing is not sensitive enough.3. Right click switch in touch-pad is aligned in right most corner, makes it difficult to use. Many right clicks are missed.Cons are not very serious though. I updated to windows 10 creators update. Choose if you need performance.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

The laptop is pretty good, gives you good performance and is quite good looking too.But the screen of the laptop flickers a lot almost twice everytime I open the laptop. I had earlier replaced it thinking only my unit is defective but even the new product seems to be like that.I think some changes required in Graphics' Control Panel but for someone who doesn't have knowledge of handling them seems that to be a big problem..

used Laptop has given .facing lot of anxiety ,tense and not feeling good. Strong step to be taken for avoiding such type of accident. in future

I don't know if the product was defective or old used one. I did the start-up process, logged in my Windows Account and started the windows update. It crashed within 5 minutes. Then I restarted the laptop and did nothing, it was sitting idle and I checked every 2 minutes. After about 10 minutes of idleness, it hanged. I have been unable to do simple processes such as surfing the internet​, play music, watch videos, etc without the laptop hanging. After waiting 3 days for it to work properly, I have given up on this laptop and I have started the return process. I would not recommend this product.

very bad product purchased on 11th june and flickering issue since starting. Even HP is not ready to exchange after 20 days of purchased.
