There's no keeping Rahul Yadav out of news, as it seems the controversial CEO of real estate listing site Housing.com has quit yet again.

ET Tech reports that Yadav has quit from his post, his second resignation in as many months, adding this time his resignation will be accepted by the board. The report offers no details on why Yadav has decided to quit his post again. It does mention that Yadav will be asked by the board to stay on at the company and oversee product development. The report was later updated to say that Yadav deny having quit Housing.com when contacted by ET.

NDTV Gadgets has reached out to a Housing.com representative to comment on the report and we will update this story when we receive a statement.

"After discussions with the board, Rahul has decided to step down," a source told ET. "There will be a board meeting within two weeks where this will be announced. He has let individual board members know."

Yadav is no stranger to controversy having first hit the headlines when the news of his dramatic resignation broke on social media. "I don't think you guys are intellectually capable enough to have any sensible discussion anymore," Yadav had written to the Housing.com board in his resignation email, only to apologise to the board members and withdraw his resignation.

A few days later Housing.com issued a statement saying he was giving away all his shares to Housing.com employees. Yadav has also courted controversy by criticising other companies and CEOs in the Indian tech space, including a feud on social media with Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal.
