Great price, good hard drive size and RAM size of 8GB, fast. One drawback is that hard drive runs hot.

I was a little bit concerned about buying a used laptop, but I trust Amazon. I am soooo glad that I did. This is exactly what I needed and I got it at a fantastic price!

Worst laptop don't go for this... Battery backup is too low... & When you visited service center of Lenovo you found expensive spare parts like battery cost 10000 approx... And Hanging problem too... Worst brand.

Bought the laptop for a Christmas present for my dad and it died already. He never used it. It was still in the Christmas bag I put it in after ordering it on Amazon. Attempted to setup Outlook and Office today and the keyboard stopped working. Tried for hours to get it working but unsuccessful. Laptop with no keyboard is useless. I will try to contact Lenovo since the return option is gone on Amazon. Lesson learned, always buy a warranty or get it from a more better source.

No good, kept crashing, couldn't do anything with it - only had it 2 weeks and sent it back.

I chose to purchase this laptop because of Full HD screen. However, the screen turned out to be god awful. Colors are totally washed out, viewing angles are awful, even after perpendicular viewing, the corners lose colors on dark shades. However, the worst problem is videos look blurry, and I am talking about 1080p bluray movies. There is serious color banding, as if the color depth is 8-bit. This could be a calibration issue, gonna try a replacement from Flipkart and hope the problem is only with my laptop and not the model in general. Looks like Lenovo has put the cheapest and worst TN panel theoretically possible. Also, the keyboard is of very cheap quality, the keys are so fragile as if they might break and come out any moment. The touchpad surface is also very rough, scrolling experience is bad. Will not buy a Lenovo product ever again.
