Product is Good got on a deal for 31k and the worst thing is about installation these guys ask for 2k plus and other charges... Hence got it done from a known ac technician for just 1.5k..

The delivery and installation was very timely and prompt. The installation person was very knowledgeable and provided a great service. The product has met all the expectations and is working very well.

great product at this prize . 9k less prize than local store . bought at 33k in Dec . delivery in 3 days and installation on next day(4th day) it's appreciate . but do installation by lg authorised engineer . Installation done by lg at 1746(1500 + 18%gst) and 700 for stand(500₹ + 200 gst) almost 2500₹. although great price . 35k

The delivery was right on time so as the installation. The representative from LG was professional and has charged much lesser than what i expected and what others have mentioned in the comments below. Kudos to him and a huge shout out to his patience. 500 is for the installation and 850 for the stand. Coming back to the product , i got it at an much better price, we are yet to test on the cooling and electricity usage. Finally this product does the job and right on money.

Modern and smart

Worthy product and excellent lg service but poor delivery from Amazon

I purchased this AC from a different website as Amazon was more expensive. The AC out door unit is compact and the indoor unit is not so big. The LG team was courteous and very efficient. Cooling is great and a great buy for people living near the sea.

Received in good condition. Installation also completed next day it self but Installation charges are at Higher side. Rs.1500 excluding stand are the installation charges.

Inverter needed

Product is nice very less noise value for money but worst thing is that installation charges I paid more than 4K installation+core drill.

not working up to the mark

The AC received on 28 of Jan 19 and installation done on 8th day of delivery. Amazon raised a service order for TV monitor instead of AC.I have to call brand and amazon daily to tell them that I need to install AC not TV.I was placing a return request and finally got a call from LG after my final warning and Level 2 escalation.

Seemed a good product when it functioned but its PCB unit failed within one week and replacent and repair is taking quite long.Delivery of product took very very long and no proper feedback of delivery delay.

Amazon cheated by selling outdated model,Which is not working now

Delivery supposed be on 28th Oct.I called Amazon on on 31 Oct inquiring about delay in delivery. They said they are not able track it and they don't have information.After installation,It's taking almost an hour to cool my 140 sft room.Cooling performance is very low. Might be installation issue.

The AC has been fixed. Within half an hour of use, the AC indoor unit started leaking very badly in the room. There is not even a drop of water through the drain pipe. Such pathetic service.
