The day and time given while booking the order, on the same day and time i received the shipment, prompt and good service by flipkart. The flipkaart installation guy came next day and he has installed the AC as per my suggestion, but has not fill the wall hole with POP...that is one sad part. now will come to AC.....1 day elapsed of use , the AC is very good with in 2 minutes it cooled off room and appreciation part is there no noise at all of indoor unit. really good AC ....LG brand is really good brand

Bought this AC during one flipkart's sales. Got it for just 20k. Cannot find this price for a split AC anywhere else. Delivery was good. I called LG directly for installation. They came in just 4 hours. Flipkart's installation arrangment called after 2 days

Writing this review after 2 months of using the product. Pros: Cools very Effectively Eco - Energy saving mode works very well, save electricity Easy to use You can see the Temperature in the front unit even in dark Remote is easy to use Auto clean works very well Cons: Certain settings / Modes are mild noisy Installation: Installation was OK, had some argument with the technician since he refused to bolt n nut the Backdoor unit without buying the stand, Had to pay extra 1k for it, but did a good job with Gas leak test and perfectly fit. however he did not say backdoor unit needs some kind of cover over the top from sun/rain and i was not happy as i learnt later it needs cover and now my unit is in open, hope nothing wrong happens. Setting up the AC was hectic for me, as i didnt have heating line and had to get Electrician as flipkart and LG doesnt support that, also the stabilizer i got from local store (PAI Electronics) was defective and had to change it, finally in a weeks time, the AC started running and has been running without any issues or any kind of noise. I give 5 Star to LG and Flipkart, since the cost i got it was way less than any store in bangalore.

Good price, lower than retain market. Noise free running, and good cooling. As always, delivery was prompt and proper. Overall happy with the purchase. Cons: The installation folks were third party partners. I was hoping LG engineers ,or Flipkart folks. This was surprise #1. Second unpleasant surprise was: the product originally had flat charges for installation(labor) plus actuals of additional material. The installation folks did not give initial estimates. And the final price of installation ended up being 3 times the ?flat rate?.

LG LSA3NP2A 1 Ton 2 Star Split AC -its NOVA plus Himalaya version Booked morning in Bangalore at 7am got next day by 9 AM by 2 even installation is done :) very happy that very good from flipkart i got for less then 20k i have even checked with Samsung in stores there were not ready for 28k got a good deal from FK . one thing after i ordered there is not items in the list for Bangalore location ..... .about the product and installation everything went within 1 day i am happy to buy online i was worried about the bulk product(Ac 40 kgs as it may get damaged nothing happened flipkart take care very well with transport and its free transport good .........

The delivery of the AC was as promised and quick. the product is really good and I got it at a offer price. The guy who came to install the AC was not a good experience with him. But I think it would have been same even if I had got the AC from others too. May be I think FlipKart can enforce some installation standards. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

feedback for retailer: the AC had little scratches Feedback for Flipkart: the technician to install the AC was not arranged, I had to contact the LG to get the ac installed. the tech charged Rs.2350 where in I was only informed that they will charge 1000-1500 excluding service charge. bad follow up :(

The call centre representatives of Flipkart does not know the meaning of commitment. I was given false commitments regarding installation schedule and I had to waste two days for it. I am really dissatisfied with the service. Think twice before buying from Flipkart. I did not receive any apology mail or call from Flipkart for such bad experience. I now understand, Flipkart doesn't care anymore about customer satisfaction.

Good product

Service guys from flipkart were pathetic. They were no aware of asthetics at all like how to put wiring and how to cover pipe etc. I need to constantly look and correct them on installation process. They were ready to do any blunder at anytime and they did a blunder (took out the big wall piece) at my rented apartment :(

Cooling is not as compared to other 1.0ton AC Bad servicing (while installing itself cabinet has been damaged) Noise is bit high BUT You don't need bed light when AC is on

Now is the right time to write the review for a product that I purchased in April 2015 - The company clearly lies about the copper condenser - which is only provided in the indoor unit, and the outdoor unit (which is more likely to get rusted and worn out) is an aluminium condenser and is such that it cant be repaired in event of a gas leakage. I've used this AC sparingly to about 8 hours in the night avg for less than 15 days in a month considering it is installed in a guest room. The new condenser now costs 9000 plus gas refilling charge of 2000+ and the labour extra! Also the product although delivered in 2015 had a manufacturing of 2009 according to LG records. Both Flipkart and LG should be sued for their tricky antics - Never going to buy an LG AC ever again!
