Overall look wise and performance wise it's good but it takes little longer time to cool as compare to it's competitors But the best part is that it is very easy to clean

Using from last two days. I would definitely suggest this AC for small room. Super cool within 15 min. No noise of fan. Remember it's a two way swing but not a problem at all with 2 way swing.. installation was very professional within 48 hrs of AC delivery. Overall happy with the product

Purchased this product at ₹32020+ Aditional 2000 cash back. Very good ac. Cooling is also very good. Initiyally outdoor fan was not working due to connection connection problem however LG servjce enginier was fixed it.Installation was on time.Also customer service is very responsive and enginier visied on the same day after my complain.

It?s been a week since installation. Looks great and no noise at all! So glad we chose this one. Cools the room fast and installation was smooth. We didn?t have AC cables though and had to get an electrician to do that. Everything else went smooth. Installation costed 500 plus stand 650 cables and pipes at 750/metre.Editing after a few months - almost 5. Takes longer to cool a small room too. Makes some weird sudden noises but at the price point it is okay. We got it for 27k after a sale cost and cash back.

Product is very good but for installation we followed many times in Pune. Even after installation there is water leakage.. we tried many times but no one has responded.. 3 days gone still trying to connect same vendor who did installation.. Amazon should keep knot on installation vendor as well..which may cause loosing reputation..Thank you

AC is good, but installation in Chennai was made by 2 unprofessional teenagers(lg service boys). Very dissatisfied with the installation. 700 is supposed to be the installation(on 05.05.19) but we had to pay 1850rs. This boys are cheating and not ready to work up to an average person would do. I wish I could give below 1 star for the installation🙁

Warranty not as described

Seems overpriced. For domestic use, so many cheaper 3 star options are available... When you run AC for only 7 hours, no point in buying costly 5 star ones.

ac looks great, cooling time is slightly more, temp regulation is good... most pathetic part is the installation... poor installation by lg, water leakage problem, plus water is trickling down though the split hole and almost flooded the floor repeatedly when there is raining..

Very bad AC, not energy efficiency, in 18 degree temperature room did not cool ,a waste product.Really disappointed items .
