But since i was looking for a 1 ton AC, i just booked it for its brand name. I got the AC delivered within 2 days and got it installed within 24 hrs. The installation guys here in Bangalore were very professional, fast and tidy with their work. The AC is working perfectly fine. I'm very happy with the purchase. Worth every single penny!

I have been using three, all purchased at once, LG inverter ACs at my home since last four years. Absolutely trouble free operation for all the three, it has been yet. I just want to clarify about the EER of the present and EER of the ones which were then. Mine was around 3.4, four years back. How better is the EER for this model? I just wanted to know whether it is worth to pay for a 5 star inverter AC. The parity of price is around 10000 between a 3star and 5star. I am planning to buy

Pros.Small outdoor unit.Low Noise in outdoor unit, and no sound in indoor unit.High efficiency.Power control option, INTERESTING FEATURE this actually gives u freedom whether u want to have a 1ton / .8ton /.6ton or .4ton Ac, yes it actually does that. Really the best above allCons.No backlight in remote.No horizontal swing.Overall excellent AC with high efficiency. Lg should have provided with rubber cushions for outdoor unit, and some better quality long enough wrapping tape for the entire 3mtr length copper tube.I have installed the indoor and outdoor back to back. Though I had to give 2250 for installing the AC (installation ₹593+ stand ₹750 + wrapping ₹400 + 18% GST ₹313= 2056 + 200 for four rubbers below outdoor unit = TOTAL ₹2256) I had the outlet pipe and clamps so I was not charged for it, if that was charged then it would have been another ₹250.The installation could have been better, the final finishing was not so good, slipped drill marks, along with hasty drilling was not professional.And last but not the least, AMAZON dropped 1k within 5 days of my purchase. A bit of saddened with that. 🙁Excellent in mid June utmost heat the price has fallen 2000 rupees.... It could have been utilised in installation, and it's very bad installation1 YEAR USAGE REVIEWTHE BEST AC IN THE MARKET, MOST ENERGY EFFICIENT WITH BEST COOLING, IF U USE THE 40 % ENERGY CONTROL LEVEL AND 24-26� temperature u will be surprised by its consumption just 1 unit in 6 hrs.....the 5 STAR RATING is genuine and the energy control option is the best possible thing.

Installation guys are not good. LG need to include professional guys also people who know local language and who knows basic wiring works.

Installation done on d day of delivery. Happy with the service provided by LG.After 2 days of using ac, my room is 110feet and 1 ton ac is sufficient. Have to wait for some time for room to cool as cooling capacity is 3500 which is less than 1.5 ton ac. I didn't see much difference with 4 way and 2 way cooling. 2 way cooling is sufficient for small room Every thing with ac is OK except price.ac is over priced. I got it at 36400 and extra charges are 699 for installation and 750 for LG outdoor unit stand.

Honestly speaking.the cooling is far better when set in 26 degree only. room attains the ac temperature within 15 minutes only.there is no noise in the indoor unit as well as the outdoor unit.installation took 3 day.

Awesome AC, worth for cooling . It is very silent. Thank you Amazon for Delivery in next day. Installation also done within two days. It costs around 1600 including installation charge 700, stand 850, plug 90 and tape 20. Service guys came within an hour after calling them and they are very profession and helpful. Need to check power consumption now as I am giving feedback after 1 day of installation.

About the product : Got it on sale. It's value for money. AC works perfectly. It also has instant Himalayan cooling function which is a must for weather like Delhi's. There are many mode functions which includes two way swings. LG is the best. Installation done within 48hrs. Company's customer care agent called within 24hrs of delivery and took our convenient time for installation. Charged only Rs.699. No extra cost since company provides 3 mtr inter connecting wire. 2 persons came for installation n were kind n skillful in doing their job giving us full satisfaction.About Amazon: Product was properly packed..no damages..Hats off to Amazon for timely delivery and quick installation at low rate. Amazon is always my fav. n the best site for purchasing things without giving a second thought. I recommend everyone to buy from Amazon.

Excellent ac , engergy ctrl mode is awsm.I put ac temp on 25 degree with energy ctrl mode and run for whole night guess what only 12 to 20 rs charge.I am very happy to have this ac.

i have used all brands. but lg comes to second place after o general,Ac is very silent and offers great cooling in a short time. 2 days since i am using this ac. Consumes less energy then competitors. Overall Superb Product.

Pune: After two weeks of usage:Great product from LG. Installation was done the next day after delivery. They charged 700 (installation) + 890 (stand) + 350 (DrainPipe) + 360 (extra 3mtr power cable 2.5A) = 2300.About the product (1Ton 5Star): Himalaya Cooling feature is great. Cools the room ~100sq.ft. in less than 10mins. Its very silent as per their tag line "Quieter than a whisper". Mosquito Away would have been a great feature to have, but this one has Comfort Air button that sets the swing to either upwards pointing to ceiling or downwards, with one button touch, instead of playing with the swing button to do so.Remember: As per the installation personnel, they have 3 free services within 12months of purchase, but you have to call the customer care after around every 4months, so better add a reminder.Overall happy with the purchase. Great product from LG.
