Some new requirements missing

i have bought this product offline. after using 1 month my observation as below.1. washing quality - before buying this model i have samsung fully automatic washing maching which 10 year old still it has better washing quality.2. washing programs are only 4 which is very less as compared to other brand like whirpool, samsung etc.3. price very high 25000 as compared to other brand.4. jet spray technology is useless thing. it hasn't any use.In this price range you can by a washing machine with heater, more no of washing program from whirlpool, samsung like brand.very disappointed from LG. very bad product with very high price.
