The launch of next Android version Jelly Bean is almost certain at Google's developer conference keynote today as the statue marking Android version was installed in Building 44 lawns at Google campus.

Google has a tradition of installing the statues for every Android version in its official campus at Mountain View ahead of their release and the arrival of Jelly Bean statue confirmed the impeding launch of this Android version.

Jelly Bean is not expected to be a major update as it is being announced just six months after the debut of Ice Cream Sandwich.

Another leak had recently revealed that Jelly Bean will be known as Android 4.1, which also shows that it is just an incremental update.
