Samsung unveils dual-SIM Champ Neo feature phone, priced at Rs. 3,670

The latest addition to Samsung's budget mobile offerings comes in the form of the Champ Neo. The handset is priced at Rs. 3,670 and is available across all Samsung stores and other major outlets.
 
The dual-SIM feature phone comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA TFT touch display with Samsung's TouchWiz-Lite UI atop. The Champ Neo packs in a 1000mAh battery claiming up to 14 hours of talk time. There's also a 3.5mm headphones jack for listening to audio on the device.
 
The phone boasts the Smart Dual-SIM feature as seen on most other dual-SIM phones in the Galaxy series.
 
The handset comes with a host of pre-installed apps including Facebook and Twitter. It also supports many messenger services like Yahoo, MSN, Gtalk as well as ChatON, the proprietary cross-platform messenger client. The Champ Neo comes with the Opera Mini browser, Bluetooth 3.0,  and supports 9 regional keyboard languages. The phone also supports Push Mail that functions via the preloaded Activesync app. Other apps can be downloaded via Samsung's own Apps store.
 
Dubbed as an entry-level phone, the Samsung Champ Neo adds to Samsung's current touch screen mobile lineup comprising Samsung Star 3 Duos and Samsung Champ Deluxe Duos.
 
Speaking on this new launch,  Asim Warsi, VP-Samsung Mobile said, "With the launch of the Champ Neo, we are seeking to satisfy the needs of young customers who are looking for a quality touch device, sharing more and staying connected with their friends while on the go."
