Nothing is known about the Samsung Z2 from official sources, but based on recent rumours, Samsung will launch its My Money Transfer app with the smartphone - a feature that's supposedly exclusive for the Indian market. The Tizen-powered Samsung Z2 is also rumoured to come with include WhatsApp and Telegram as pre-installed apps.

Recent leaks tipped that the Samsung Z2 will sport a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) Amoled display, a 1500mAh battery, a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, dual-SIM support, and 4G with VoLTE connectivity support.

The smartphone was also leaked in alleged images, showing a design similar to the Samsung Z3, but featuring a textured back panel. Finally, the smartphone was also leaked in a promotional video suggesting features like Ultra Data Saving Mode. The video once again showed a design close to the Z3.

To refresh, Samsung back in January last year launched its first Tizen-based smartphone, the Samsung Z1, in India. In October, it launched its successor - the Samsung Z3. The Samsung Z2 will be the third smartphone in the company's Tizen range.

We'll have to wait and see how these rumours pan out at the launch, which will begin soon. Stay tuned to Gadgets 360 for the latest update from Samsung's Tuesday event in New Delhi.
