Best in class Panasonic invertor ac Pros: 1. Ultimate cooling ...in only 20 minutes room got super cooled. 2. Low indoor unit noise. Cons: 1. Power cable is not included with box. Amazing... Panasonic like brand not providing power cable? 2. I had to pay Rs 1200 for power cable & outdoor unit stand. 3. Indoor unit display is very dimm . not at all expected from Panasonic like brand.

Its simply superb with extremely low indoor noise

Super Fast Cooling, Indoor and Outdoor units are Very Silent, Indoor Unit Design is Not So Attractive, Very Dim Colour, Overall Good Product.

Satisfied with the product and its delivery.. Air Conditioner Gives great cooling. Noise on the scale of 1 to 10 would be 3 (10 being loudest). Not happy with the remote. It's too small but does the job. The AC has vertical Air swing but doesn't have horizontal air swing(not a major problem). The unit does not come with a power cable. So you have to spend around 800 for it(depends on the distance). All the above cons won't be a problem if you purchase the 5 star model of this AC(5 star models don't have display on indoor unit but this model has). If you are deciding to buy this one, Expect to spend around 4k more for complete installation after delivery of AC(for materials including power cable, copper wire, drainage pipe,and installation fee). Overall, very Content and Satisfied with this purchase. For Material Charges during Installation, Pay only the amount according to rates mentioned in '' Panasonic Out of Warranty Charges '' visit the website for rates.

My rating is totally for my experience with Flipkart not for Panasonic AC. Flipkart was unable to fulfill their promise.. product was not delivered on time... otherwise worth buying this AC..so far so good
