I bought it from outside not from amazon and its a the real deal I run it 15 hours a day almost .. Every night its on and I live in top floor I got a electricity bill of 700 :D 5 star inverter not 3 star 5 star costs around 47000 rupees and I can see why this is better than any other worth the price go for 5 star if u want more power saving

The cooling power is awesome. It cools my 170 sq ft room in 3 minutes. Outdoor unit is almost silent. Power efficient as well. Go for it. The delivery by Amazon is quick within 36 hours. The installation was done perfectly in 24 hours by Samsung engineers .

Awesome...but it doesn't show indoor temperature and no horizontal swing

Using this ac for past 15 days. I purchased it around Rs. 30000 (plus 1000 amazon pay balance so net Rs.29000)-i installed my ac by a local expert electrician. (Charged only Rs. 700)-you have to purchase a drain pipe and a wire to connect outdoor and indoor unit. It will cost around Rs.500 (max.)-No stabilizer required for this inverter ac. ( If voltage are lower than 200 v in your area then it is recommended to purchase it. Advised by samsung customer care )- Cooling is very fast it takes around 10 minutes to cool a room & very comfert cooling compared to non inverter ac.-It has an option 2 way fast cooling if you require very fast cooling then this option works very well.- outdoor unit sound is very low compaire to a non inverter ac.-I think in future the world is of only inverter ac so its better to invest in this new technology rather than non inverter ac technology.

Best bang for your buck. Bought it for 29.9k with 1k cashback. You can't get a cheaper AC with digital invertor technology. Cools real fast and the installation was breezy. Price paid was 4.5K with additional 1.5M copper pipe. Only gripe is that the remote can't be used in pitch darkness.

Works as charm. One has to realise an air conditioner is an appliance. This one fits the bill.

i gave bad review to this ac when i purchased.. bad installation experience... bad cooling.. hidden charges.... but then after complaint.. the Samsung engineer came and solved the problem... the installation guy did not install the ac properly... now its cooling good... engineer told me that in inverter ac, installation guy must have to flush the ac gas out and refill it.. it is basic requirement to get good cooling in inverter ac.. and the installation guy did not install it properly as well.. so now my problem is solved....product is good...installation procedure should be properly observed by customer otherwise it may not work properly..4 stars for product1 star for installation process and charges..
