  So everyone is confused which to buy in 2020 models the better one is this one it has more features and international availability is good and gives more cooling and more energy savings on wind free this has more holes to give air than any other if your looking to buy one I highly recommended it

• Product turns out to be faulty after installation, No gas in outdoor unit

  Firstly this product was delivered late to me... and after installation of the ac by samsung service representative he found out after fitting that outdoor unit has no R-32gas .. and there was zero pressure in it... now samsung representative denies to give me written job sheet about this mentioned incident.. now its almost 4 days passed no proper services is given by both . Worst service i would say almost 15 days from my order now still didn't got it working just another fraud by online industry I would say be careful aftwr the product delivery.
