  I had purchased Samsung 1.5T inverter AC on 19 May 2016. My request for resolution of the AC not functioning has not been responded post one visit on 25 Mar 17. I have received no calls or visits. Not satisfied by the way the Company is responding to request for a product which is still under warranty. Tantamounts to breach of Trust and fit case to be taken to the Consumer Court. Product details 6000036842, SAMSUNG AR18KV5HBWK 1.5T Inverter SAC.
