Cooling Awesome even at dingle user mode, it consumes 1 unit in 5-6 hrs if you use at 24 °C and consume 1 unit in 1.5 hr if you use at 18°C....so over all an awesome product by Samsung....

I am using this product from the last one week , its amazing cooling at 24 degrees is way better than 20 degrees of Hitachi window 5 star ac , and the best part is power consumption ... I will surely recommend this product

One of the Best Air Con in market- silent when it runs. Regarding aluminium condenser, I had couple of Air cons at my home with cooper condensers, thought of going with aluminium this time as Samsung offers 5 yr warranty on condenser coil.

it's not getting cool

I have rated 4 Star soon after installation.NOTE : This is not bought from Amazon. I bought it from Bajaj Electronic shop in Panjagutta ,Hyderabad.After one month I am rating 1 Star ( 0 rating not available).The compressor failed with in a month. Most bad part ..is Samsung is not replacing the faulty unit. From last 10 days they are playing.... stating we don't have another piece to replace. Trying to avoid and want to repair the faulty part for which I am not ready. How can they offer to repair....for an item which is damaged within a month. Hardly used it only thrice in a month.Very bad... service from a world reputed brand. Cheap mentality of the person calling on companies belalf. Have paid a bomb to get this ....Sic.*SINCERE ADVICE - PLEASE REFRAIN YOURSELF FROM BUYING SAMSUNG. PRODUTS*
